Deborah was a wonderful hostess. She met us at the gate and gave us a complete tour of the apartment...which is huge! She named several local eateries where we could catch breakfast and lunch, and made us feel very welcome.
Clifton Avenue is about half-way through re-gentrification and is beautiful along the area of Deborah's home. Nice private entrance at back of house to access the apartment. Busy road, but traffic calmed down by 9:00pm and the house was completely quiet all night long. Very nice place to stay in Cleveland, and quite close to downtown. Even during rush hour the traffic moved quite nicely.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Deborah and René are very friendly. They were very concerned for our welfare and helped us in everything we need . The house is very large, clean and comfortable . The neighborhood is very nice and safe. The house is near a bus station and a subway station .
This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Cleveland. Deborah met us upon arrival for a tour of this wonderful, spacious top floor apartment. It was extremely comfortable and had everything you could need away from home. Location was ideal; near lake and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in a nice neighborhood. I hope to be back!
Deborah was a warm and welcoming host. She communicated very well and she was flexible and accommodating. I have to say that her place is cozier and more well appointed than the pictures show. There is a sun room, a living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. The kitchen has everything one could need. The antiques were very nice and the place was so comfortable with a TV in the living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood is 7 minutes to downtown and a 5 minute walk to the lakefront park and beach. Really nice. There are a few cafes nearby with good healthy food and a deli that was yummy.
We had a great stay here. I stayed at Deborah's place with my two daughters. We found the place very roomy, comfortable and clean. It had also all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip into the city! Thank you Deborah!
I had a great stay here! I was in Cleveland for college basketball at the Quicken Loans Arena and stayed here for 3 nights. The hosts were very wellcoming and friendly. The apartment is beautiful with all of its hard wood. The place is also very clean and is in a nice neighborhood. It's a very quick and easy drive to the downtown center.
Great location, great apartment, and great host! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to all of Cleveland and the rapid transit system. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip into the city! Thank you Deborah!
About the Host, Deborah
Hello I am Debbie, a happily retired Cleveland Police Officer! I am a longtime resident of Cleveland and very familiar with old as well as new attractions. As a Horse Massage Therapist, I currently volunteer at a horse rescue shelter and at a horse therapeutic riding camp for developmentally disabled children. I enjoy reading, watching movies and walking at the park. As a hostess, I value others privacy. In a nutshell, I am quiet and yet most helpful.
