The greatest part of our neighborhood is its accessibility to hiking, shopping, and the creek. We live in a very unique part of Sedona because of the concentration of big green shade trees and the close proximity to Oak Creek.
The Verde Lynx is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment offers covered parking right next to the mother-in-law apartment.

My stay in Sedona from mid-April through May, 2015, was fantastic, due in large part to the pleasant accommodations provided by Eric and Erin. Upon greeting me and giving me a brief tour of the place, Eric’s advice about location attractions and businesses proved most helpful. The annual park pass that he so kindly loaned me for parking at various sites, was invaluable! Their generosity and flexibility extended to allowing me to check out the next morning. When I asked for various additional items such as an iron and ironing board, Eric forthwith complied. Their house is located a stone’s throw away from several of Sedona’s power spots or vortexes, rendering the energy there off the chart. I highly recommend booking the accommodations of this lovely couple!
I stayed at Erin and Eric's place for 75 days. They are amazing hosts, very warm, welcoming, friendly and accomodating.
The studio is a peaceful hideaway, close to everything and the creek is not far at all. The place is cozy and clean with basic essentials. It was perfect for me as a single. It's a short walk to the creek. I loved it and highly recommend.
You get your own carport and that's amazing. I felt safe there. As is mentioned in the description, Erin and Eric's adorable son Charlie can be heard running around and playing upstairs throughout the day (but not at night) and is an early riser, but I was aware of this before I booked and do not problems going back to sleep so it wasn't an issue for me.
WIFI and cable was always strong which isn't always the case in Sedona, so I was delighted.
I overlooked that washer and dryer use didn't come with the rental, so had to be inventive to go elsewhere during my stay. Erin was gracious to allow me to wash the linens & towels in her personal washer dryer so I didn't have to go to the laundromat.
The views are amazing and the energy is great. I look forward to returning to Erin and Eric's magical hideaway next year.
We stayed at Erin and Eric’s apartment for one month in December 2014. The apartment is located in the basement of their house and has views of the Red Rocks for which Sedona is famous. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequate to prepare meals and we enjoyed the covered parking.
If you are going to be there a long time, I would recommend a car, as it’s about a couple of miles to the grocery stores and laundry facilities.
Erin and Eric (and Charlie) were nice and I would recommend staying at their apartment.
Erin and Eric were awesome hosts! Their toddler is the sweetest little guy, he will make you smile. I stayed with them for about 6 weeks while I was looking for a more permanent place to call home in northern Arizona, and I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to move out. Their adorable little apartment below their home is perfect size for one or two people to feel cozy without feeling cramped. Sedona is in incredible place and their spot is impeccably located with a view of the redrocks, and a short distance away from some of the best hiking in the area. I felt right at home as soon as I got out of my car. It is so private and quiet, you would never know you were so conveniently close to the heart of Sedona's shops and restaurants as well. I could not have imagined a more perfect place to stay in Sedona.
Erin and Eric are the nicest people and their happy little hideaway is in the perfect location-right in the middle of all that Sedona has to offer. I just loved being there and can not wait to go back. The neighborhood is so friendly and the place had everything I needed. Thanks, Erin and Eric! Hope to see you and Charlie again soon :)
I came for an week long class. Erin and Eric were very welcoming. It was so nice to have a cozy spot with the comforts of home. They even had the best aromatic handmade Eucalyptus soap that smelled heavenly! I LOVED having my own covered garage to park under right next to the house. It was quiet and private. Exactly what I need for a week of intense studying. I look forward to coming again in the future.
