Located one minute from an L train bringing you to Union Square in 10 minutes, our large apartment is a quiet and bright space from which to enjoy all the great things Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer.
The surrounding streets have lots of great Thai, Mexican, and American food. The nearest coffee shop, "Variety" has some of the best coffee in the city with a very Brooklyn vibe.
Inside the apartment itself, we have a huge loft space, big enough to contain three separate living, dining, and cooking areas where five southern-exposed windows let in light all day long.
If you want to cook at home, we have four stovetops, an oven, and a microwave at your disposal
The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The other two bedrooms in the apartment belong to my brother and a roommate. You're free to act independently, but if you see them at the apartment, they are friendly and easy to get along with and can offer additional specific advice about the neighborhood.
Laundry services are in the building for only $1. The Graham Avenue stop on the L train is at the end of the block. In only 4 stops, you'll be in Manhattan and can connect directly to virtually all north and southbound subway lines!
It's a great space in a great location and will be sure to make your stay in New York as delightful as possible.

We will do our best to help you with anything you need during the stay. Sam is usually home from work between 5 to 7pm. Home life is pretty quiet as he has to be out at 6am. But we love lively conversations at the right moments, too!
Hipsters. Good coffee. Quieter than Manhattan. Art galleries. Concerts. Shopping.
The L train is less than a block away. A 30 second walk. Couldn't be more convenient. You are in Manhattan in about 5 minutes.
Please take good care of the apartment and leave everything in as good a shape as you found it. If you break something, just let us know. Things happen, but we prefer not to have unfortunate surprises.
Feel free to use pots and pans and glasses in the kitchen. Please just wash things and keep things tidy as you would in your own home :)
As you have roommates and neighbors living all around, be respectful with respect to making too much noise at night.
Sam, Andrew's Brother, was a great host. He was very welcoming and nice. He got us everything we need to settle down and also tell us about the places nearby. Andrew was also very flexible in the time we check in and very understanding. Everything work out great. As for the apartment, it was clean and neat. The place was spacious, the bed were comfy, the shower was warm. The place is also only 2 minutes away from L train which allow for easy travel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay there again.
Andrew's apartment was the perfect location and setup for my weekend trip to NYC. The common area is very spacious. There were a two other Air BnB guests there at the time but it didn't feel crowded at all. The apartment was nice and neat, and he provided clean sheets and towels. The shower was really warm which was great because it was 10 degrees outside the weekend I was there. I felt a little draft in the room at night but the bed linens were really warm and that helped.
Would definitely stay again, was the perfect start to my trip! Room was warm and clean, and the whole apartment was spacious and welcoming. Sam was a fantastic host - really accommodating, lots of great conversations and advice to fuel my NY experience. Rooftop has shimmering city views, easy laundry in the building and awesome location, right on the same block as the L and across from a really friendly bodega.
The place is well located in wiliamsburg and pretty close to bedfordstreet. The L-train station is just 2min. away and so its super easy to to get to manhatten in 15min.! Sam was a really great host, he helped us a lot and had a bunch of awesome recommondations for restaurants, bars etc.! thanks to sam we had 10 great days in NY and would def. come back the next time!!
Well it was Sam, Andrew's brother, who take care of me during my stay. Sam is a nice guy, very sympathic.
The place is near the L train, and not so far from Manhattan (That was great for me). The building, where the room is located, look strange at the first look, but it's quite good for the price i've paid.
However some détails need to be fix, like the isolation of the windows (Very cold during the winter, and u can smell smoke and weeds), and in fact the property of the bathroom.
Overall i've enjoyed my stay in Williamsburg.
Sam (Andrew's brother) was a wonderful host! He was so friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The apt is less than a block away from the L train which made commuting into Manhattan easy. I would definitely stay with him again.
All was perfect!!!! Actually I booked the room before just one day. So I was somewhat worried. But, the host were really awesome. They sent always me txt to check if I know how I can get to there.
The room was cozy, convenient and all amenities were super enough and good!!
If I have a chance to visit here, then absolutely I will choose this room again!!!!
