Enjoy the amazing Lost Coast of Northern California in Shelter Cove in this brand new cozy studio apartment with great ocean views.
Located right in the little town, less than one half mile from restaurants , air strip, 9 hole golf course , boat launch, and the beach.
This is a second home for us, so at times we may be upstairs. But there are no neighbors directly on three sides of the house.
The unit has very good WiFi.
No dogs left in the unit unintended unless it has been approved by me.

The space
This very large studio with a full kitchen, bathroom, entrance, deck and parking spaces. There are no neighbors directly on either side. Please note the upstairs may be occupied by the owners ( a retired couple) who use it as a vacation home.
Please note there is a gravel walkway down to the unit. There is no railing on the gravel. If walking on gravel is difficult for you. This might not be the place to be.

Guess will have all their own space in the apartment. Private entry and small deck.

Other things to note
No dogs left unattended!
There is a gravel walkway down to the unit if walking on gravel is difficult for you, this might not be the spot for you. Also, there are many deer and foxes that roam around the yard. If you do have a pet, you will need to keep them on a leash outside. There is no gate on the deck and no fenced in yard.
