Enjoy the peace and quiet of Gulf Breeze, FL, but also have quick access to all the fun of downtown Pensacola and gorgeous Pensacola Beach. Our 3 bed, 2.5 bath family home has everything you would ever need to enjoy all the Pensacola area has to offer. Open floor plan, huge in-ground pool, beautifully landscaped yard, flat screen TVs, covered patio, shaded pool deck, plenty of parking, the works. Queen bed in master bedroom, twin bunk beds in a smaller bedroom, and a full bed in the third bedroom. Less than a half mile from a wonderful waterfront park with pavilions, fishing dock, and awesome boat launch. Directly across the street from this park is a recreation complex with tons of baseball, softball, soccer, and football fields, tennis courts, and an enormous recently renovated recreation building. Also walking distance from at least 4 playgrounds. Ten minutes to the World's Whitest Beaches, 15 minutes to downtown Pensacola.
Our family of 4 lives in this house, so we will make it available when we are out of town.
Great place to stay in New Orleans. We were a fairly large group but the house accommodated us just fine. Nearby magazine street was a surprisingly cool neighbourhood too for those times we wanted some local food/drink.
We so enjoyed our stay at Conor's in the Irish Channel! Magazine Street met all of our warm, bustling, morning coffeeshop needs, and the French Quarter was close enough that we could bike over and get our dancing fix (what a great city for biking!), but far enough that we could all sleep soundly and tuck into our books without too much distraction. The big kitchen was a special plus as we all love to cook. Also: the front porch was a prime early evening hang out site. The Graces had an entire binder put together to help orient us in New Orleans--such a thoughtful gesture! Communicating with Conor was a breeze throughout. A fantastic get away: Thanks!
I just stayed at Conor's from May 12th-17th. We had 7 people and the house fit us nicely. We were a little worried at first because of the 1 bathroom but we each got up at different times and were never really on a tight schedule so it worked out perfectly. The house was clean and the air conditioning worked out well. They provided towels and hair dryer so it was nice to not have to pack those things.
The house is located in a cute little neighborhood and we walked to Magazine street daily. From there, we were able to take the bus to the French Quarter and walk to most places we wanted to go.
Conor was a great host. He gave very detailed instructions and we had no problem taking a cab from the airport. I travel using trip advisor and Airbnb a lot and I can say that there are reasons why places have 5 star reviews. We all loved this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone that asks.
Conor is an awesome host with a great place. The house is only about 2 blocks away from a Wal-Mart, so you can easily grab anything you need. Conor has a binder full of great bars and restaurants to visit with personal comments for each location. It really helped us find a close restaurant to eat at during a rain storm. The house is in a great location. Very quiet, but a short walk to Magazine St and a $15-$20 taxi got us anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!
Great place and lovely owners
Communication with Conor went very well. He was easy to get ahold of and was also able to respond when we had a question once we were there.
The house was what we expected from the description and reviews. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and our group of five fit very well. The multi colored towels made it super easy to keep track of who was using what. The info book was very useful and we enjoyed all the attention to detail in various areas.
We LOVED having the bikes. It was a great way to explore New Orleans and to get to and from the fest.
The neighborhood was very convenient to Magazine Street and public transportation. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood that was outside the French Quarter for a change. We had a great dinner at Dante's Kitchen which is more toward the garden district. We loved walking to Cherry Coffee (in Steins Deli) in the mornings and seeing all the people lined up for Steins. They have great bagels (and apparently sandwich's) if you are willing to stand in a BIG line. Also the burger place across the street from Steins had a killer veggie burger and fries.
We would stay here again for sure!
Everything was great, and Conor was a good host. I wish he had been a little more clear on what time we required to check-out on, but otherwise no complaints. Very happy with the house and New Orleans in general. Would stay again.
Grea location, fun house, friendly area.
Absolutely fantastic stay! A great deal and a wonderful neighborhood. Plenty of space for six people, near streetcars. Would definitely stay again.
Five friends and I came down to New Orleans for spring break, and Conor's place was an amazing location to stay in. Conor was clear and kept in good touch with me, which we all really appreciated, and the binder of recommendations in the house was really helpful in getting us oriented as soon as we got to NOLA. The place is well located - in a great neighborhood and close to public transit so we had no trouble getting around, even in the spot of inclement weather we faced! After a long road trip south, having a well-equipped kitchen and enough colorful clean towels to go around were also a huge plus. I'd absolutely recommend Conor as a host
