Regarding the communication: we try to make sure our guests know they can message us anytime they have a problem or question. Like you said, sometimes it is not necessary and so we do not like to bother people unless they approach us. Regarding bathroom floor: I believe we usually have had floor mats but sometimes they go through a lot of wear and tear pretty quickly and need to be replaced. We will make sure that there are floor mats in the bathrooms, on top of the priority list!
Lastly, regarding WiFi, I am quite surprised. As we have a special router in place, which allows guests to take the modem with them to go, eliminating the need to buy a wireless sim card. The modem can even be charged or plugged into a power bank and taken with you for longer trips to the city or mountains. However, perhaps you mean the speed of the internet should be upgraded? As we do not have the highest speed plan, since we hope to provide good prices for our guests and not everyone uses the internet so intensively when on vacation. This could be different if we are getting a lot of business travellers. Perhaps I will message you private message to find out more about your feedback on WiFi.
