There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the entire house. Guests can come and go as they please. This studio will accommodate two people, but for an additional charge we can supply a cot for one other person.
Yvonne was very flexible with our check in and was very friendly. She stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods (cereal, milk, yogurt, bananas, homemade muffins, english muffins, OJ, tea and coffee). It was perfect for Memorial Day weekend with my mom and I think Orleans is a great location. I would stay there again if I make it back to the Cape.
Yvonne was a delightful host. She greeted us upon arrival offered some good suggestions on local places for dinner. The continental breakfast items in the suite were an added perk! The space is just as pictured clean and worked well for our weekend away. While the location is not walkable to down town it is located within close proximity to many restaurants.
Our host was ready for us with key in hand and a tour of our accommodations. Our studio was huge and had so many windows it was as if we were living in the woods. We felt we were in our home away from home. It was quiet and we even got to hear an owl hooting.
It was two miles/six minutes to the beach along a winding and beautiful road.
We were given homemade baked goods and an assortment of breakfast goodies as well.
Whenever we needed information about the area we were helped and even a grill was provided for us to cook.
We only wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the fall.

Yvonne was there to welcome us upon arrival and the apartment was just as shown in the photos. Location was great, just a short drive to the beautiful Nauset Beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Just a note to parents, there are no sidewalks in this area so be careful when going on a walk with a stroller.
