Relish in the luxurious beauty of this private Mullett Lake cottage on Needle Pointe as you escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life.

We are happy to offer you 100 feet of Mullett Lake frontage with premium landscaping, a dock, quality outdoor furniture, and breathtaking interior.

Guests are welcome to find comfort with their fellow travelers between 5 sleeping spaces while our cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The space
Nestled on .53 acres of prime waterfront property, we are excited to share spectacular views of sunsets over Mullett Lake from our large bay windows, maintained grassy yard, patio areas, and cozy fire pit.

Inside our 2,183 square foot main cottage you can utilize two bedrooms, one bath, a living/dining area, family room, and kitchen on the first floor. As a bonus, there is a separate sleeping area with its own entrance off of the back deck.

Exploring the second level you may get cozy in the 4th bedroom/sleeping area, utilize the second bathroom and even read a book while sitting in our indoor balcony overlooking the living area and large windows facing the lake.

If you have a house full you will want to utilize our detached 704 sqare foot "garage" with an upstairs with a 5th sleeping area and attached work space with a desk.

Guest access
Guests have full access to everything in the cottage along with the attached garage and the top area of the detached garage.

Guests can enjoy the full 100ft of Mullett Lake frontage as well as the dock when it is in season.

We do not have a boat hoist for guest use but we do have a mooring buoy which is suitable for boats of all sizes.

The nearest boat launch is Jewel Road Boat launch just 11 minutes away.

Other things to note
There are currently 3 bedrooms in the main cottage with the 4th sleeping area off a small deck that is attached to the main cottage. This sleeping area has its own door with a keyless entry.

You will be able to find the 5th sleeping area above the detached "garage" with access by a keyless entry. This sleeping area accommodates two people sharing one bed and has an attached office space with a desk. The main level of the detached garage serves as storage for the owners during fall-spring for their personal watercraft.

We have split air conditioning.

There is a backup generator.

There are two kayaks, one paddle board and guests have access to our mooring setup which is suitable for watercraft of all sizes.
