Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, in the beautiful town of Ellijay, lies this riverfront gem! You will feel completely immersed in nature as you look out the home’s large windows and see dense forest and the Cartecay River rushing by. You may even encounter some local wildlife! Guests will also enjoy the security of being located in a private, gated community that boasts fishing ponds, hiking trails, picnic areas, & more!

The space
This home is located in the nature preserve community of Blackberry Mountain. All paved roads and paved driveway to access the home. Guests will enjoy access to community amenities.

Interior:
The homes main level boasts an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The master is on the main with en suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room on the main level. Upstairs, guests will have access to two bedrooms with large closets and a shared bathroom. The basement doubles as a studio style apartment, with plenty of living space, including seating area, workspace, king bed, and bathroom. Also, guests can access the outdoor area from the basement.

(If you would like to remove the basement from your rental, message host for $350 off. If the basement is not occupied, the owners reserve the right to use that space, with 48 hour notice.)

Outdoor Area:
Large porches make outdoor relaxation and entertaining easy at this home!
