MAKE SURE whats app or call me when you land Hong Kong or at least 1 hour before you arrive such that I can prepare well for the key passing to you.
Wait in the specific place, NOT enter the building without me to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings with the property management.
Check Out Time: before 12:00

You can also do the Town check in for your flight, or I can also recommend some places for you to store luggage. Again, NEVER wait your friends in the lobby while checking out.
Keep SILENT, NO TALKING in the corridor. As most of my neighborhood are elderly, they love very very quiet. Thanks so much to respect my neighborhood.
Non-smoke, no pets, no party, keep quiet in the apartment.
Please help to be environmental friendly, switch off the air-con and other electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or not using them.
Thanks for your kind understanding and wish you have a nice trip! ^^
P.S. welcome to ask for more information for traveling around Hong Kong
Didn't get a chance to stay at the apartment. PO was kind enough to issue a refund because his place wasn't ready unfortunately when I got there. Didn't have any problems receiving refund but was disappointed that my reservation was accepted yet the apartment wasn't ready and I was told I was not able to see it.
Po seems to have quite a few places to look after, and had a bumpy start: despite asking two days in advance to arrange a time to meet, we still had to wait on a busy street near the flat with a couple of small children for almost an hour before his dad came to meet us.
The fridge didn't work, though, and we called Po (it's not always easy to get hold of him) to ask for help. He was very ready to offer help, but not with much urgency: we let him know on a Friday evening, and he thought it might be Monday before it was fixed. We asked for faster help and we were very pleased that he did arrange a replacement by Saturday evening.
The flat was clean and tidy. All Hong Kong flats are smaller than you think they should be, but we had lived in Hong Kong before and expected this. Also, even though it is in a busy area, we found the area really quiet and the flat high enough (ninth floor) to be peaceful and no traffic noise. Also, we were there for two weeks and didn't hear neighbours once.
Apart from a very lumpy, thin-stuffed sofabed, the flat is very comfy and brilliantly convenient. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to subway, buses and taxis etc.
We stayed over Christmas/New Year, which was at a significant premium, and it was disappointing that this was not shown on the AirBnB booking site at the time of booking, we only found out the premium after contacting Po.
We were happy in the end and would stay there again. Given that all Hong Kong flat rentals are eye-poppingly expensive, this was decent value, and we had no significant complaints about the flat itself.
The host is very friendly, accessible, easy to communicate and considerable.
The apartment is compact and neat. There are hair dryer, waste bag, electric kettle, refrigerator in the apartment. Unlike living in a hotel, You need to bring your own slipper, bath towel, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and other personal stuffs. The apartment is located on a quite street with only 5-minute walk to Wan Cai subway station. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores in the neighborhood.
The overall experience is more interesting than living in a hotel, which let us experience the native's daily life and makes our trip more convenient, safer, and less time consuming.
Po's place was clean and organised, and the perfect space for the few days I was in Hong Kong with my parents. The space was really efficient and very clean. We were welcomed very warmly by Po's dad who gave us a quick tour of the place. The location was also perfect. You stepped outside of the building and felt you were in the heart of Hong Kong with lots of everything in the area. It was great, and would definitely stay again.
