For the comfort of our guests, the property offers:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains, wardrobe, flat-screen Smart TV and portable fan;

- Living room with armchair, pouf, and portable fan;

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils;

- Dining area with counter and 3 stools;

- 1 Full Bathroom and 1 Half Bathroom;

- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone);

- Wi-Fi available;

- Samsung Washer and Dryer in the property.

NOTE: There is a paid parking lot in a building next door, with 24-hour reception, elevator, and a cart available for shopping transportation.
