About This Listing
This room is across from my other listing. There are candy machines + large arcade games and two pull-out futons (a twin and full size). I'm working hard to live sustainably and you will see my efforts throughout my home and urban farm.
The Game Room is filled with sunshine. It is bright and fun. Just like with the Luxury Suite, I provide a breakfast/snack basket for all guests. I now have loaner bikes!! I'm new to airbnb so I always ask guests for suggestions; loaner bikes has been on the top of everyones list and now I have them!

Interaction with Guests
I would guess-timate that I interact a moderate amount with guests. I live on the third floor of the home. If I'm not at home, I'll promptly answer questions via texts or phone!
Rasheedah was a terrific host who goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. I arrived at the house later than I planned, but Rasheedah was super sweet when she greeted me and let me just head up to do my own thing since I had an early flight the next morning.
Her home is beautiful! The bathroom was probably my favorite part. There is a gorgeous clawfoot tub, and she has decorated the place impeccably. She also left a snack basket in the room, which was cute and comfy with old-school arcade games, a TV, and a candy machine.
To those unfamiliar with the area, the neighborhood you drive through to get to the house is slightly sketchy, but Rasheedah's street itself is quiet and beautiful. Plus she lets you park right in the driveway, so it feels completely safe once you arrive.
Rasheedah was very warm and welcoming. The description and photos are accurate, it is a beautiful, well preserved, tastefully decorated vintage home. There is a clawfoot tub in the modern bathroom. Julian House is located a convenient 15 minutes from the airport.
My stay was great. I was in town for a conference that had me going early and arriving late. The room was great and even had a welcome basket with fruit and water. It was a great personal touch! Rasheedah was a gracious host and I recommend her.
Rasheedah could not have made our stay better. Excellent first air bnb experience. She clearly cares about leaving her guests with a great impression and even went above and beyond, giving us a ride in town. All the details in the house felt friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay at Julian Estates again!
I believe Rasheedah combats a lot of racism from people who may doubt her capability as a hostess because of the way she looks and the neighborhood her residence is in. In spite it, she delivers on providing a quality experience for her residents and makes them feel right at home.
Rasheedah is very friendly and the house is big , comfortable and decorated very well
near to the bus station and the neighbor is quiet
I really have a nice time here
also Rasheedah provided some snack and fruit which is so
the greatest treat I ever had
and I am sure I will stay here for next time

About the Host, Rasheedah
I hail from the Show Me State and am a proud lifelong resident of Saint Louis city. I love to travel internationally and domestically. I adore how diverse my city is and I explore its festivals, parks, and cultural sites as often as possible. I'm a sucker for any kind of ethnically diverse foods and can direct my guests to the best restaurants the city has to offer. I'm a novice knitter, an urban gardener, and most recently a chicken farmer. I'm a speech-language pathologist by trade, but who knows....if this urban garden of mine picks up perhaps I'll switch my occupation to Gardening Goddess!
