About this listing
This room is across from my other listing. There are candy machines + large arcade games and two pull-out futons (a twin and full size). I'm working hard to live sustainably and you will see my efforts throughout my home and urban farm.
The Game Room is filled with sunshine. It is bright and fun. Just like with the Luxury Suite, I provide a breakfast/snack basket for all guests. I now have loaner bikes!! I'm new to airbnb so I always ask guests for suggestions; loaner bikes has been on the top of everyones list and now I have them!

Interaction with Guests
I would guess-timate that I interact a moderate amount with guests. I live on the third floor of the home. If I'm not at home, I'll promptly answer questions via texts or phone!
The futon on the left lets down to a full size bed and the one on the right is a twin.
Rasheedah was very friendly and a great host. She definitely added value to my visit, providing recommendations, snacks, and was very accommodating. Although the surrounding neighborhood isn't great, the house is charming and the street it was on felt safe and convenient. I would recommend staying here.
Very good experience in general apart from the fact that the area where the house locates is not very good.
I'm glad you had a good experience Jeremy! I acknowledge there are areas in the West End community that need updates and revitalization. I'm so fortunate to live in this historic area and work diligently in conjunction with our neighborhood association to make sure that we're constantly maintaining and improving our community. I'd love specific feedback from you on suggestions for improvements. Thanks again!.
Rasheedah made me and my friend feel SO welcome in her home. Her house is beautiful and very clean. Her neighborhood felt very homey, close knit and safe. The old homes that line her street are so beautiful. Rasheedah's personality made me feel at ease and welcome. She and her little dog greeted us outside her home and she explained all the essentials of our stay. Check in/out was a breeze. I would recommend this airbnb option to others. I was a little disappointed in the value of the stay and felt a bit overcharged for sleeping on a futon. The smaller futon folded up on on me/collapsed near the middle and did not supply a very good night's sleep.
Hi Mary, Thank you so much for staying! It's listed in the Airbnb description that the Game Room has a full-sized and a twin size futon. I'm so sorry the futon collapsed on you! I would have quickly assisted if I'd known you were uncomfortable in any manner. Thanks for your honest insight, I'll use it to make improvements.
The listing description was spot on & it was definitely a welcoming experience. Very clean & relaxed setting which is what I needed coming down on a business trip.
We never actually got a chance to meet Rasheedah because we were both so busy, but she was extremely warm and inviting through her messages and on the phone. The house itself has a charming personality, and we were pleasantly surprised to find various board games to play in The Game Room. The quirky, fun bedroom paired with the elegantly decorated bathroom made our stay in St. Louis even more memorable and enjoyable!
Rasheedah is a warm and energetic young lady with a passion for life.
Her home is lovely and is a reflection of her personality.
The location was perfect for the activities I had planned.
Rasheedah was a terrific host who goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. I arrived at the house later than I planned, but Rasheedah was super sweet when she greeted me and let me just head up to do my own thing since I had an early flight the next morning.
Her home is beautiful! The bathroom was probably my favorite part. There is a gorgeous clawfoot tub, and she has decorated the place impeccably. She also left a snack basket in the room, which was cute and comfy with old-school arcade games, a TV, and a candy machine.
To those unfamiliar with the area, the neighborhood you drive through to get to the house is slightly sketchy, but Rasheedah's street itself is quiet and beautiful. Plus she lets you park right in the driveway, so it feels completely safe once you arrive.

About the Host, Rasheedah
I hail from the Show Me State and am a proud lifelong resident of Saint Louis city. I love to travel internationally and domestically. I adore how diverse my city is and I explore its festivals, parks, and cultural sites as often as possible. I'm a sucker for any kind of ethnically diverse foods and can direct my guests to the best restaurants the city has to offer. I'm a novice knitter, an urban gardener, and most recently a chicken farmer. I'm a speech-language pathologist by trade, but who knows....if this urban garden of mine picks up perhaps I'll switch my occupation to Gardening Goddess!
