  • Bryan is a fantastic host, If you need some advice just ask him, he knows plenty of nice place to have dinner.
The apartment is really nice, well equipped, we liked a lot the industrial loft style of the flat.

The place is not far away from downtown Chicago, subway & buses are really close, really easy to get there.

We will definitely recommend Bryan's flat to spend few days in Chicago and enjoy this really nice city

  • We had a great time at the loft and Bryan was a really nice guy. Everything was in order. A soft bed, a nice bathroom and the kitchen was great too. Most of the time we cooked our own meals. We lived there nicer than my friend who lived in Hyde Park where she works.
If something would be wrong, Bryan would be there the same day.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days. The loft was exactly as we expected, better even! The place was so clean, very spacious for the two of us, and was the perfect place to come home to after a long day roaming the city. It is located in Chinatown, which is farther south than many of the tourist spots in Chicago, but there is a bus stop right at the corner, and an L station within easy walking distance. We easily made it all over the city, while being able to come home to a quiet neighborhood. We also loved being near the Chinatown Square, a little mall with great restaurants and bakeries.

Bryan was very helpful when we first arrived, giving us pointers on places to check out. He communicated with us for the duration of our trip to make sure that everything was going well. We really appreciated that. Thank you for being such a gracious host!
We would definitely stay here again.

  • Bryan is the consummate host. He arrived right on time to let us into the loft. He is very friendly and helpful. There was coffee in the kitchen which we hadn't asked for prior to our arrival, so he's got a keen sense of what his guests need. The bed was soft, the shower water hot, and the loft cozy. We had no problems with his place. Parking is a little tight here if you're driving, but we found a spot after circling the block a couple of times. The Chinatown/Cermack subway station is on the red line which is a 24/7 line! Perfect for staying downtown into the wee hours of the morning. Highly recommend this place.

  • Not only is this a beautiful loft, but Bryan is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure that as his guest you will have an excellent experience. I am from Chicago and I would strongly recommend this place!

  • Bryan's place was nothing short of perfect. There are a host of restaurants and activities within two blocks. The place itself is very well appointed as well. Although the parking is indeed free, it's very limited. I thought I had found a spot only to come out and find my vehicle had been towed. Read the signs carefully. The place is less than 50 feet from public transportation that can take you essentially anywhere you'd need or want to go. Bryan is accessible, friendly and a very accommodating host. This place is definitely one I'd recommend to anyone.

  • I want to go back to Chicago right now, and when I do, I want to stay here again.
The apartment is stunning, exactly as amazing as the pictures suggest.
Bryan and Todd were totally lovely, listen to their food recommendations, these guys know what they are talking about!
We had a small problem with slow bathroom draining our first day, Bryan was there within an hour to fix it, and proved easy to reach and useful for information during our whole stay. Transport links were super easy, even in the snow we had no problems tramping around the whole city from here,
    Can't recommend highly enough.

  • Amazing Host, GREEEEAT apartment !!!

  • This was my first time using airbnb and I am so happy we got to experience it at Bryan's loft! Bryan was an incredible host, and was accommodating to all of our needs throughout the trip. When we arrived, he met us at the loft, gave us a tour, and even bought us delicious truffles and a bottle of wine! He provided everything we needed- including towels, kitchen utensils, and a list of all his favorite restaurants. My boyfriend and I took advantage of this list, dining at 3 of his suggestions, and we were incredibly pleased with his choices!! Bryan kept in contact with us during our stay making sure everything was in order, and even kept us informed of a snow storm coming our direction so that we could plan our travel home accordingly. Bryan was always available when we had questions and made our stay in his loft feel like we were at home. Bryan's loft is definitely a place where I'll be returning to in the future!
