For us this has been a perfect place to stay during our two months in Montpelier. The apartment has the perfect size and location. Our host, Jessie, is welcoming, kind, considerate and helpful beyond measure - we are so grateful for everything she has done for us during our stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, it is warm (during a very cold winter), has great wifi, and we love the fact we don't need to take the car but can walk downtown in 10 minutes or less. It has become our home away from home during our stay and we would love to come back here and stay anytime! :-) Martin and Dan

Staying here added so much to my time in VT. The comfort of a clean, roomy, and comfortable apartment was such a great thing to have in the middle of the winter.
Jessica couldn't have been better either. She was extremely friendly and such a great person to chat with here and there. She made me feel welcomed, just like an old friend would.
I felt right at home. I was able to cook all week, just like I was at home.
Without a doubt I would stay here again, fingers crossed I will have the privilege in the near future.
Thank you Jessica for providing such a nice space!
I stayed here for eleven days during a winter residency at VCFA and it was wonderful. It is a half block away from the campus - an apartment above the garage looking out onto huge trees in the back yard and mountains in the distance. It has wood floors, sky lights, a big comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, bathtub, washer and dryer, fast internet - everything I needed. This is a sanctuary.
Our host was very helpful and explained everything very satisfactory. The house was in excellent condition and it felt like we were in our own home the complete week. Very centrally located and in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and dishes for eating at home which was very convenient to us. I would give this a 5 star rating. This is an excellent place to stay and it is very affordable. It exceeded all of our expectations.
Our week staying at this apartment in December was great. The apt was warm and very comfortable even though there was snow on the ground outside. It's really well equipped, plenty of space and spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed too. Jessie was very helpful, friendly and always available if needed. The apartment is in a lovely quiet part of Montpelier and just a short walk to the town centre, perfect if you're staying a few days and want to explore Montpelier and also within an easy drive of a number of ski areas (for the outdoor types!). Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Montpelier.
I am originally from New Jersey but chose Montpelier as my home. I have lived here for over thirty years and raised both of my daughters in this wonderful, quiet place. I work in health care and love to cook.
Vermont offers great access to farm fresh foods, woodland trails for hiking, beautiful art by local artisans and much more.
Great place, great friends, great state!
