The Space

Your space is next to a patio. It is facing an open space outside. You will find fresh air and good lighting during the day. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet during at night.

• Swimming pool
• Laundry in the complex

Interaction with Guests

I am originally from Thailand and a friendly person. I work from home many days in a week. Occasionally I travel outside for meeting.

Two regular tenants are coders. You need to be able to code at least one programming language in order to stay :)

Regular tenants sleep in their own rooms. However, we occasionally have another guest sleep on the sofa on the other side of room (17 feet away).

The Neighborhood

It is quite safe even at night. Mountain View is home of hi-tech industry. 500 Startups, Y Combinator, Hacker Dojo and Stanford are nearby.

But if you are local, you will probably know that a car transportation is preferred if you plan to travel far from railroad.

Getting around

Street parking is available on the street.
From San Antonio Caltrain station, you can walk to our place.
From our place, you can take Marguerite Shuttle to Stanford.
7-11 is right next door. We are one block away from San Antonio shopping center, including Safeway, Walmart, 24 hours-fitness, restaurants, CVS pharmacy, and etc.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • I had a great time staying at Brad's. He is friendly and available to help, like if we knew each other from a long time. The neighbourhood is calm and makes you feel safe, and the apartment is clean and well organised. If I'll happen to travel again to Mountain View, this will be my top choice!

  • Brad was a great host! The queen bed was super comfortable and I slept well all three nights I was there. Thanks for the stay!

  • Brad was great and made me feel at home. Would recommend his place to any one looking for a short stay.

  • Brad was an excellent host and made me feel really comfortable! He made an extra effort to come out into the living room and chat with his guests, making this experience feel less like a hotel and more like a short stay with friends.

  • Brad was a great host. I never actually met him, since I arrived late at night and left early the next morning, but everything went very smoothly. I'll definitely stay here again next time in Mountain View.

  • I stayed at Brad's appartement for 5 night's and had a great time. He is a very friendly, considerate and caring host. The place is clean and the queensize-bed is very comfortable. The people who stayed there the same time as me were in the tech/startup-scene aswell and we had some great conversations.
Would stay at Brad's place again any time!

  • This is my first airbnb experience. The purpose of this trip was to visit my friends, and also soak up some air in the bay area, where great companies such as (website hidden), (website hidden) are. As a software developer interested on start ups, I wish I could have some chats with people who have same interest too. Brad's place is exactly the place I could have ever imagined. It's as clean and bright as it shows in the picture. You probably might meet really interesting guests there. Brad is very easy going and try his best to make you feel comfortable. The location of the place is very convenient. It's close to the San Antonio Caltrain station and San Antonio center. By walking around 8mins, you can take the 22 bus to get to Standford University within 20mins. I highly recommend Brad's place. If I come back again, I will definitely consider at Brad's place again. Thanks. Hopefully, this is useful for you.

  • Brad and his roommate amazing hosts! The space they provided was clean and comfortable. They welcomed to me into their home, and made me feel as if it were my own. Brad had great tips on the surrounding area based on my needs for the night. This was my first air B&B experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

  • Brad is an attentive host. He let me try out his (website hidden) Glass--one advantage of staying with techies. With 2 guests plus 2 roommates, it can get crowded in the small apartment, but the bed is very comfortable. The location is also great.

Originally from Thailand, the land of smile, I was graduated from college in Bangkok and relocated outside my hometown to see the world more. I started working at Microsoft in Canada and USA before moving to California to work at G๐๐gle. I left G๐๐gle later on to start a small company with friends and reside in Bay area. I like traveling (though I become more busy lately). When I was younger, I traveled to many countries, such as Canada, South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Greece, Denmark, State of Qatar, Hong Kong. I love them and also wish to travel to more countries :) For speaking language, I speak English and Thai. But in programming language, I can do a more (C, Pascal, Java, JS, C#, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, HTML/CSS and etc). Thais tend to be friendly, and so do I :) I am very casual and easy-going person. Look forward to meet more people :)
