This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Brand New construction, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home, beautifully decorated and centrally located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Our 4-bedroom home sleeps 8 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 10 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

We have a pool! Pool is not heated but the spa is $100 per night to heat. Please note this is a residential pool so we do not have a jet timer. To request a heater to be turned on you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
