  • Simon and Josh were extremely easy to communicate with and made the process very simple. Their apartment is beautiful and provided a nice respite from the chaos of the city. In addition, it is arguably in the most convenient spot in all of Brooklyn.

  • Simon and Josh were wonderful hosts. Very flexible with the checkin and checkout times. Their place was superbly clean with very easy access to the metro. Brooklyn Fare market was right across the street for groceries. And there is a gym in the complex for those quick workouts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Simon and Josh for accommodating us!

  • We had a wonderful time stay at Simon's apartment in Brooklyn. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. It is in a great location, right next to the subway & easily accessible to everything. Simon was a wonderful host & provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and bars. Also the wireless was great - an important & often over-looked detail. This apartment is also just 1 mile from Crossfit South Brooklyn for any crossfitters out there.

  • I came to NYC to have dinner with a friend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Simon & Josh’s great condo.. Their condo, which is located in heart of downtown Brooklyn, exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and walking distance from the Brooklyn Academy of music, as well as many restaurants and cafes. Yes, the subway is literally just down stairs, as everyone else has pointed out.

Simon & Josh were great hosts. They were available as soon as I arrived to NYC. Both were thoughtful enough to suggest several jogging paths for my morning run. (BTW if you’re going to run over the Brooklyn Bridge go as early as possible, as the path is filled with tourist by the middle of the morning.)

I highly recommend staying here if you are interested in getting to know Brooklyn a little better.

  • The apartment was wonderful, very clean, and three steps from the train. Simon was very easy to communicate with and we would stay again!

  • The appartment has really good location, easy to come from airport (JFK) with subway A, easy to go to Manhattan also with A/C trains and close to Brooklyn cafés, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. in the hip and cool area! The subway station is literally in the same building. The 2nd floor apartment with street view is clean, nicely desined and has it all you need for a long weekend in NY. The communication with Simon via e-mail was easy, and we liked the local tips where to have a drink or eat out - thank you. The apartment has WiFi, and the area is safe but not too posh.

  • Simon and Josh were very responsive to all of our questions, extremely polite and provided great support to us during our stay.

The apartment is very cozy, clean, quiet, super neat and it is well located, you have restaurants, stores and Fulton Mall just across the street in a very safe downtown area. The most convenient thing is to have the subway station underneath the building :) a close ride to Manhattan ~15min.

The building doorman was also very helpful with me and my wife so if we ever visit NYC again, definitively will contact them. Sure bet!

There is a grocery store in Livingston St. where you can find everything, super convenient. As I said before, the location is unbeatable.
