About This Listing
An ideal starting point to discover Paris :)
My 20 sq.m apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Sacre Coeur and accessible by metro lines 4 and 12.
There, you will find a comfortable bed (extra large sofa bed) for two people, a kitchenette, a washing machine.
The windows overlook the courtyard and the studio is on the top floor, so you can expect no noise. The neighbors are also very quiet.
I love music and books : please enjoy playing my piano or guitar and get something to read (in French or English).
In the neighborhood, there are many small cafes and restaurants to explore, I'll be happy to tell you. Traditional bakery around the corner and shops within walking distance.
Two Velib (bike) stations are a few meters from the building.
A small detail: the studio is on the 6th floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Usually everybody get used to it very quickly, but you need to know :)
Flore's apartment was lovely to stay in. It is small, but plenty of room for just myself. I was there for five days and sad to leave. It has everything you need and very close to metro. A great experience.
A very charming and typical parisian flat :)
Only calm and happiness for those who manage to climb the 109 stairs Flore has to offer!
Don't worry, they're easy!
The neighborhood is strictly parisian and popular, all you can find in Paris with low prices, enjoy le 18eme!!
Even if I didn't meet Flore, she was very kind and our time in her studio was really good! The house is comfortable and really close to the metro station. At the corner there is an amazing brasserie for breakfast :) Climbing a lot of stairs....had been worth the trouble!!
The reservation was canceled 15 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We didnt get to meet Flore though she was extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive on the phone and by email. The apartment was well situated near the subway and the Sacre Coeur. We would defiantly stay again.
I didn't meet Flore during my stay, but her apartment was perfect. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to stick to my itinerary because of how little time I had (3 days!), but fortunately the location and access to metro helped. I hit all the places I wanted to see and did not have to rush. The apartment had everything I needed and more. One thing that turned out to be a blessing was not having an elevator. I must admit that I wasn't too keen on it, but in the end I was happy that there wasn't one! I would definitely recommend this to all my friends!
