The Space

Charming, newly reformed big house in a very well located neighborhood in São Paulo.
The house is located on the back, and because of that it’s very quiet. Near to Sumaré and Clínicas subway stations. Near everything good São Paulo has to offer: restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores, movie theaters, theaters, art galleries, and other commercial and cultural centers.

The house is located only a few minutes on foot from Paulista Avenue and Augusta Street. A block away from Oscar Freire Street where the best stores and restaurants in the city are. Also, very close to the charming Vila Madalena neighborhood. Easy on transportation, in here you are near everything and able to go anywhere.

The house has 200 square meters (2,153 square feet) apart from the yard where I grow a beautiful pitangueira tree, a big bougianville and other tropical plants.

The house is two stories high, at the ground floor are, in one artistic environment a balcony with a hammock, living room, dinning room and kitchen. The backyard, laundry room and a small bathroom are behind the house. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant.

At the second story, two bedrooms, a light blue bathroom with a big shower and also big and well lit living room/office. A great variety of books and a 52 inches television.

The private bedroom has linen sheets and soft towels and a strong hairdryer.
110v electricity and 10Mb Wi-Fi Internet connection.

While you stay, you can take advantage of all ambiances of the house. The backyard is very well lit by the sunlight and during harvesting season you are able to take pitanga fruits right out of the tree. The house is cleaned on a daily basis, ideal even for people with breathing problems.

I am able to provide excellent tips for leisure, cultural and gastronomic activities through the city.

I love to cook. I cannot promise anything but it is the house where I live so, it is possible that you are surprised by a home cooked lunch on weekends.

Other Things to Note

Please, close the doors and windows when you leave the house. Thanks

House Rules

Since it is my private house, where I live, please read this with care.

If something gets broken, I ask it to be replaced ASAP.

Food and drinks of the house are not included on the rent. You can buy them at the supermarket near the house indicated on the map at the house’s page on Air B&B. If you want a common Brazilian coffee, you can buy it at Dia Supermarket (Teodoro Sampaio street, 599, Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm) or at Luzita (Oscar Freire street, 473). If you want a delicious gourmet coffee, you can find it at Pão de Açucar Supermarket, closer, at Alves Guimarães street, 50.

The telephone is not include in the agreement.

If you are a smoker I ask you to only smoke outside of the house.

The trash is recycled weekly, and the truck picks it up on Saturday mornings. For this reason I ask for the kindness of washing your recyclables and throw them cleaned on the can in the yard.

We do not want cockroaches or other insects visiting us!

I kindly ask not to throw toilet paper on the toilet and watch for falling hair at the bathroom’s drain. The plumbing is old and small debris can cause serious trouble.

I also ask, when you leave, to close all windows and drapes.
