Located in a gated complex with a pool, gym, tennis, basketball, soccer courts, and a playground, it’s perfect for fun and relaxation. World-class snorkeling, surfing, oceanfront bike paths, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are all just a short walk or drive away!

The space
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, cozy living area with a large TV, and a side balcony—perfect for spotting Puerto Rican iguanas! It also has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the 4th bedroom doubles as a home theater/game room with a 13-ft screen, 1,000+ DVDs & Blu-rays, board games, and 2 full-size sofa beds. The rooftop terrace offers ocean views, lounge chairs, an electric grill, and a bar table for stargazing.
