The space
Your home away from home is conveniently located close to two town squares. Only 4 minutes to Spanish Springs, and only 10 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing. Plus, only 6 minutes to HWY 441 where you will find grocery stores, restaurants and a multitude of shopping options. For nearby Golf, it's only a short drive to El Diablo and El Santiago executive courses, and 10 minutes from Glenview Country Club Championship Course. At El Santiago Recreation Center, you will find Tennis and Pickleball courts, as well as a pool and other activities. Plus you have Savannah Regional Recreation Center only 5 minutes away.

Please Note:

- Lifestyle IDs are available for the duration of your stay. These IDs provide access to all the amenities The Villages has to offer, including Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, and more. The cost is $50 for your entire party.

-Golf cart can be used after signing a waiver provided for your before check-in.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.

- Small dogs under 25 lbs are permitted. There is a pet charge.

- Please be aware; Lawn service workers usually come once a week to mow, edge, and blow concrete surfaces.
