  • Really nice appartement ! We really enjoyed our stay. Alessandra was nice and easy to reach all along the reservation and during our stay.
6 persons can easily live in this place for a short periode.
The entry door is a bit difficult to open but maybe our technic was not the best.
The kitchen is recent and had everything we needed.
Beds are really confortable. One shutter in the living room where is the 2 places bed-sofa don't completely closed so and the sun hit it the morning so it can be disturbing if you are used to sleep in a complete black room.

The tram is realy close to the appartment and the subway only around 5-10 minutes walking. We join the center of Milan in 30 minutes.

Parking lots are easy to find around the appartement. We had two cars and found two places in the Via Stadera and there were plenty of these in the other streets around.

  • Alexandra is friendly but could have been more helpfull during check in. She didn't explain anything about the neighborhood, garbage, etc.
The apartment is quite charming and lovely.
But unfortunately is a bit too small, specially for 6 people. There is no privacy whatsoever. Maybe for one couple (with kids) or 3 friends travelling alone. Even then, there is only a cardboard dividing the 2 small rooms so it's very noisy from one room to the other. It's almost impossible for 6 to sleep there without feeling in a tent. Alexandra only left 5 very small and very old towels for 6 people.
The neighborhood is quite uninteresting. But the tram takes you directly to the center in 20 minutes+.
The biggest problem was cleaning. The apartment wasn't very clean...
General feeling is that it was too expensive for what was offered.

  • Very nice apartment, cosy and with personality. Alessandra was extremely nice and accommodating. As we already knew Milan, for us was like home: few metres till the tram 15 stop that gets you in centre in 30mins, the warm "brioches alla crema" at 4am at the angle on via Stadera, 15 mins from the university we graduated from - all made our stay a real dive into happiness! :)
We had great time staying over and really enjoyed the place! Definitely recommend.

  • When I got to the place, her friend Noel greeted me kindly. The place was clean and kid friendly. It was nicely located just near the tram stop (number 15) that goes to Duomo and other downtown areas (20 minutes) and the train station was only 8 minutes away that connects to the central station and the garibaldi station. (Takes maybe 20 and 30 minutes each)

The beds were very comfortable (tow double beds) and the sofa was very comfortable as well (double size bed-sofa). No tub in the bathroom, but there is a washer, which is convenient. The kitchen had everything that was needed, except I had to figure out that i need to use the lighter to lit the fire on the stove top.

Just make sure not to turn the sink tap water all the way, or the kitchen floor will get flooded. It only happened once to me and I addressed it to Alessandra, and she quickly advices not to turn it all the way up and it wont happen.

Not much restaurants nearby, but the tram station is super close by. Also there is a Pam supermarket 5 minutes away for groceries. There are few cafes nearby that sell good coffees.

The place overall was quite and clean, hardwood and the tile floor made us easy to clean the place. Definitely a super friendly host (Alessandra) easy to reach via airbnb, and a cozy, kid friendly apartment!

  • Alex's flat was perfect for our needs. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store. The building was quiet and secure. I would recommend staying here.
