Luna was a great host. She had a map of Granada & marked a bunch of great places to visit. The locale was choice. Very central, yet quiet at night. There is some noise during the day with the cafes below, but it just added to the great atmosphere of my stay. She had a sweet pup named Rita who is very welcoming and Luna occasionally smokes, so if you have allergies, just a heads up. Also, she keeps a cery clean apt and the room was very accommodating. Fantastic stay!

The space is beautiful and is in a super cool neighborhood - as authentic as it gets. Luna was very kind in providing me a map with her recommendations of the city. The space is absolutely the cleanest place I've stayed in, which was nice. While my experience was mostly positive, I have two suggestions for improvement: 1) Hot water: The apartment is pretty cold (which is tolerable), however, the cold shower is uncomfortable. Luna keeps the faucet in the full-left position at all times, because the hot water heater does not make the water warm enough. Since the faucet is in the full left position, you have about 60 seconds to enjoy warmish water. Then, it gets cold, because the hot water heater does not have enough capacity. It was very uncomfortable. 2) Quiet hours: With the bedroom and living room touching one another, 2:00-3:00am is too late have the TV on in the living room. It's a little too loud. 3) Communication: The rules were a little bit confusing. I tried so, so hard to be extra conscientious, but I had difficulty understanding what the rules are. Hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper are all items that are shared. Shower gel and hand towel are NOT to be shared. It's best to state this from the beginning, as it caused confusion for me. Also, Spanish is my second language, and we spoke only in Spanish - so there just needs to be clarity. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. With a few tweaks, this would be an amazing place. With what the place lacks, Luna makes up for with her big heart. Thank you, Luna.

Response from Sagrario Luna:

Luna was the best host! She was very kind and when I arrived, she pulled out a map and showed me all the places I should check out, which I followed all of her recommendations. Her apartment is in a fantastic location above a nice little plaza with many restaurants. The Albaicin neighborhood is beautiful and I loved walking the streets around her place. I had a short but terrific stay!

I had an amazing stay in this room! The apartment is clean, beautiful, very comfortable. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the middle of the albayzin, within walking distance of everything you could want to see and near loads of cafes/restaurants. And Luna was the best host imaginable--extremely welcoming, friendly, kind and generous, she made me feel at home from the first moment. She also gave excellent tips and advice on things to see and do. Highly recommend!

Luna extended me a very warm welcome - I felt completely at home in her apartment during my stay - and she even offered me use of a jacket and umbrella to cope with the cold, rainy weather that suddenly came through town during my stay. I loved the flat's location - for me the central Albaycin location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Hello. People call me Luna. I'm originally Grenadian , but most part of my life I've been living out of my town. I came back around 10 years ago. I come from the music world where I have been working as a journalist, writer and promoter for bands and festivals . The music sets the rhythm of my life. But I love reading and walking, going to concerts, movies, travel and cooking. I love pets, especially dogs, in fact I have a dog named Rita; the plants, the sun and open the doors to new people and new cultures. I work at home in my own projects or outside projects as a writer or in communication. I'm an easy going person.
