our house is located in the center of nachlaot which is amazing old neighborhood with a lot of narrow allieis among stone houses, 2 minutes walking from the 'machne yehuda' market and 15 minutes from the town center.
*about checking in time - ill try to let you in the room as early as needed. if the room is still occupied by booking from the night before then anyway you can place your stuff in the living room till the former guest is leaving and no later then 17:00. cheers!

Liad was very welcoming, and the room is completely comfortable with a great balcony to relax on, overlooking his garden and a pomegrante tree. Steps away from Mahane Yehuda market,30 min or less walk to anywhere in Jerusalem you'd want to walk.

This house is one-of-a-kind, utterly charming in a way that is completely unique to the Nachlaot neighborhood of Jerusalem—the old stones, the chipping blue paint of the sun room. The atmosphere of the house is young and welcoming, but you won't lack quiet or privacy, if those things are important to you. My happiest hours were spent at the big wooden table in the garden, where I drank coffee and wrote. From under the pomegranate tree, I could hear local families preparing food and singing form their kitchens, and felt very much in the heart of Jerusalem. On a logistical level, the people I coordinated with (Liad and Tal) were very easy to reach, very accommodating, immediately responsive to requests, and congenial.

This was a cool place to stay. A wonderful view from the cozy balcony and a courtyard. Liad and his friends were very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to.

Liad's place was a great home base for exploring Jerusalem. The neighborhood is lovely and feels like a world of its own --- narrow, maze-like streets and lots of trees --- but is as close as you could wish to the shuk and light rail, and a reasonable walk to the old city. The room is small and plain but nice, with a comfortable bed. Liad and his housemates were friendly and helpful and it was no problem to coordinate checkin/out or use of the shared bathroom.

Tal was home to host me and he's a very nice and friendly man. The location is fabulous and it was easy for me to get to where I needed to go for a meeting the next morning. The fireplace is pretty cool and keeps the home warm. But the bathroom needs a serious scrubbing, cleaning and renovation. There is only a tiny mirror in the bathroom that, unless you're a child, you have to get down on your knees to use it. The bedroom I stayed in, as pictured, was simple and clean. I slept great. There are smokers in the home. If they decide to fix up the bathroom and clean out the garden, this would be an awesome place to stay in Jerusalem.
