We are not responsible for your personal possessions although we have never had a problem in the past with this issue.
We are not responsible for any activities that occur in town such as loud music or vendors selling from car speakers in the mornings (it is actually fun to hear them).
Also we are not reponsible if the town shuts down it's water upon occassion. This is Mexico...things work a little differently here. Just call it an adventure and have a cervasa! :)
The house was even better than we imagined, located one block from the beach and one block from the town plaza, we were in the middle of the action. The style and decor of the house is simple but evokes beach tranquility mixed with Mexican charm, the furniture including beds and linens were very comfortable. We found the house impeccably clean when we arrived and the cleaning service daily was timely.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Siestas y Olas.
The place was very nice: comfortable and easy. The three bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms clean. Iguanas in the tree are a bonus, as is the deck upstairs.
Casa Siestas y Olas was the perfect place for a getaway - roomy, breezy, private, and close to everything you could want in Sayulita. The beach is literally steps away and just around the other corner is the town plaza, where the locals gather to share stories, play music, and just be together just about every (website hidden) meals in the upstairs palapa kitchen, watching the iguanas carousing in the trees while sipping coffee in the morning, and hosing off in the private courtyard under the palm trees after a day at the beach are some of my favorite memories from our stay. Light sleepers should bring earplugs or a white noise machine - there is a bar on the same block that gets pretty rowdy on the weekends!
We had a wonderful experience! Very clean good spot we recommend!!!
Our stay in Susan's home in Sayulita was absolutely delightful. The home is bright and cheerful and meticulously clean. The location is perfect, 1 1/2 blocks from the city square where there are great restaurants, shops and coffee bars. The home is only 1 block from the beautiful beach. Each bedroom has an air conditioner which we needed because it was very hot while we were in Sayultia. My favorite stop in the home was the upper floor; there is an open air living area and kitchen with a beautiful terrace. We enjoyed Susan's house very much and will stay there again when we get the opportunity to go back to Sayulita.
