Great place ! We stayed for about a week. If you need to use public transit , there is a bus stop right nearby that takes you downtown in about 15 - 20 minutes. Kathleen and Paul are very respective of privacy . We really enjoyed our stay here , and when we rented a car on the last day they had a parking spot available for us. Great for a short stay in Victoria.

Kathleen and Paul were very helpful and accommodating. We had mentioned we had a young toddler, so they had a mattress on the floor for him in one of the bedrooms which turned out to be a huge help, since he wouldn't sleep in a big bed by himself and the floors were not carpeted (and climbs out of pack n play). They were quick to respond to questions and even brought us an egg when we were baking and needed one so we didn't have to run to store. They brought new batteries for the tv remote (very limited number of channels, may want to bring some dvds to watch if plan to watch tv, we only did after our son was asleep or if have kids and want options for them to watch) and they brought us a dish sponge when asked. Perfect size for us, great value, easy access to downtown, small fenced yard nice for us having our two dogs with us (they did let us know doing some yard and housework and some nails and some tools, etc in areas of yard to be cautious of with our dogs and son). Thank you for your hospitality we would recommend your place to others.

Response from Kathleen And Paul:
Thanks for the review Jessica, I'm not sure what went wrong but we have 10 Canadian and 7 Washington State Channels, plus others like Bravo, Cooking Channel, Cottage Life etc. For future reference, we keep several DVDs in the drawers below the TV, ranging in age from child to adult.

Kathleen and Paul are very friendly. The house is located in nice neighborhoods and we feel safe. I notice they are early birds like us so we feel more comfortable in case not to disturb others or being disturbed. Beds are good and clean. This is a nice place.
