The Rhododendron Suite at Blackberry Blossom has a private entrance & deck, 2 comfortable queen bedrooms, kitchenette is part of second bedroom as a studio & private bathroom with jetted tub. It is upscale, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Located on a 100 acre Appalachian Permaculture Farm, Forest and Tent Campground.

This unique Appalachian forested property has 2 luxury suite private rental spaces, The Rhododendron Suite and Creekside Suite. It also has 9 spacious tent-only campsites, quaint camp store, clean bathhouse, hiking trails, fishing pond and gorgeous mountain views.

Guest access
Entire private Rhododendron Suite, fire pit and deck is for your private use only, not shared space.

All guest's have access to woodland hiking trails, fishing pond, and outdoor sitting areas scattered around on this beautiful property. Enjoy a stroll through the Permaculture food forest gardens or sit under the stars with no light pollution to obstruct your star gazing. Firewood for your fire pit is available for purchase.

On the walking trails you may see medicinal plants, rare wildflowers, native wildlife and a historic Appalachian grave site with a story. We also have a resource library on local flora & fauna and maps of property hiking trails. The property has an interesting history. Come share this local treasure & you'll see why so many return again and again.

***Winter weather note***
Because of our higher elevation, Blackberry Blossom occasionally has snow and winter driving could possibly be a challenge. We will update our incoming guests of potential weather issues. This is not usually a problem, but want you to be confident we will contact you if it is.

Blackberry Blossom Inn, Farm & Campgroud is nestled into the mountains of the Limestone Cove community of Unicoi County, surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. The property is mostly forested and is safe, private and peaceful. There are 5 creeks, hiking trails and a fishing pond on the property .
Our neighbors are wonderful friendly folks who wave to all as you pass them on the narrow winding road to the farm. It is a two-way road so keep to the right. Go slow, you never know what is crossing the road as you make your way into the cove. We frequently encounter turkey, chickens, ducks, peacocks, dogs, deer and an occasional cow who has nudged under the fence. The roads to Blackberry Blossom are paved. Our driveway is gravel but is not steep and any kind of cars and motorcycles have no problem getting here.

Blackberry Blossom is a 100-acre property with a sustainable agriculture farm, growing medicinal herbs and heirloom vegetables. We are usually on-site for our guests. Surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest enjoy hiking trails, creeks, fishing pond & camp store.
