About this listing
my little farmhouse is nestled in the Umbrian countryside, along the valley of the river Ventia, a tributary of the Tiber. We live in a typical Umbrian farmhouse made of sandstone, surrounded by a hilly landscape full of olive trees and oaks. All rooms have bathrooms, one of which suitable for the disabled. There is also a large breakfast room and plenty of space outdoors. We produce olive oil, wine and we practise Sheep farming.
The nearest village is a five minute drive away. Here you can find all the stores that you would noremally need: Supermarket, Newsagent, Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office etc.
Living in the countryside has many positive aspects and even if the bus doesn't stop at the front door it will be no much of an harass for you. Buses and trains stop at nearest village and from there we can give you a quick ride to our farm. Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio are near locations all easily reacheable. But even Rome, if you want, is not that far away.
If you are traveling with a cars reach us it's even easier, as some important roads pass nearby.
We're looking forward to meet you soon!!
