This is a classic, quite rustic Victorian-era cottage with a very slight seasonal peekaboo ocean view, 5 blocks N. of the main beach approach in Long Beach, WA. Children & pets are welcome (2 dogs max) with a $25 per pet fee. Guest must inform the hosts that they are bringing a pet. There is a large picket-fenced lawn, full kitchen & linens supplied. 2 night minimum, one week in summertime. Please call or text if you have any questions! The street access walk to the beach is about 8 minutes.

The space
This rustic, Victoria-era cottage is a classic, built before electricity and indoor plumbing. All of those necessities have been added. The cottage is built right on top of the primary sand dunes so the interior is not
level and playing marbles is not recommended! The large grassy yard with a white picket fence allows for pets and children to roam. If you are looking for new construction experience, this is not your cottage!

The neighborhood is five blocks from the main beach approach in Long Beach and within a few minutes of favorite restaurants and activities. There are three State Parks and the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge within 10-15 minutes. The Port of Ilwaco is about 8 minutes away.

We are into fine customer service at Boreas Inn, our principal business. The Yett Cottage is not ours, but we have lovingly managed it for over 20 years for the Yett family who have owned it for over 85 of its 125 years!
