North Park was rated #13 by Forbes magazine as a Hipster neighborhood, so if you like walking to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, farmer's markets, bars, breweries, art studios, parks, etc., you might enjoy your stay even more. North Park is one of the most popular and walkable neighborhoods in San Diego county and there are over 100! PS: Balboa Park is just seven blocks away.
Seven bus routes are up/down the block, cabs are usually waiting around the corner at the Lafayette Hotel and Swim Club. Otherwise, Car2Go's vehicles are found throughout our neighborhood. Uber is popular, too.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo whose bedrooms are often rented to fourth year medical students and travel nurses. Otherwise, professionals looking to enjoy San Diego or check out the area for possible or pending relocation. Either way, everyone is welcome.
Three Main Rules
1) You are responsible for the conduct of all your guests.
2) There is no smoking in the courtyard or on the property in front or in back of the building.
3) Noise levels should always be kept to a minimum while walking to and from units, especially late at night.

I manage two (2), 2Bd/2Ba condos (apartments) which offer either private rooms in a shared apartment or completely private condos, so drop me a line before sending a request, since I’ve got six listings and six calendars that don’t automatically update each other).
