Interaction with Guests
I live in the same building in a private apartment and am available to answer questions or to assist as needed.
North Park was rated #13 by Forbes magazine as a Hipster neighborhood, so if you like walking to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, farmer's markets, bars, breweries, art studios, parks, etc., you might enjoy your stay even more. North Park is one of the most popular and walkable neighborhoods in San Diego county and there are over 100! PS: Balboa Park is just seven blocks away.
Seven bus routes are up/down the block, cabs are usually waiting around the corner at the Lafayette Hotel and Swim Club. Otherwise, Car2Go's vehicles are found throughout our neighborhood. Uber is popular, too.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo whose bedrooms are often rented to fourth year medical students and travel nurses. Otherwise, professionals looking to enjoy San Diego or check out the area for possible or pending relocation. Either way, everyone is welcome.
Three Main Rules
1) You are responsible for the conduct of all your guests.
2) There is no smoking in the courtyard or on the property in front or in back of the building.
3) Noise levels should always be kept to a minimum while walking to and from units, especially late at night.
Great location but parking is a bit difficult after 8pm. Jared was extremely accommodating and made the stay very pleasant. There were some issues with the wireless internet during my stay but Jared did everything he could to get it working while I was there. Luckily the internet issues only lasted momentarily and I was able to connect.
According to Airbnb, guests are expected to communicate any personal
preferences with their hosts during their stay. Assigned parking was
available, so all you had to do was ask. As for the wireless internet
connection, the router was brand new. As I mentioned during your stay, the cable company found a faulty wire
outside of the building and they repaired it the very same day.
Jared was very flexible in making the arrangements as I was in the process of selling one home and moving to another. He was very responsive in finding solutions to my computing needs and was an excellent host.
I stayed in San diego at jared apartment for 1 month. the apartment was very clean and tidy and exactly as described and shown in the photot's. the area was great close to downtown, not to far from Pacific beach and close to bus routes. I could recommend it highly enough.

About the Host, Jared
Are you sitting down? This is will be a long one, but a good one. I promise. (Disclaimer: I'm a writer... :)
Welcome to San Diego! I live in the same building, but in a separate, private residence. I've been president of our HOA for 2+ years and have 12 years in rental property management. Furthermore, for three years, I was a residential advisor in college and was trained on a variety of housing-related matters. You've come to the right place as long as you can communicate your preferences and tell me what I can do to make you a happy guest.
North Park (shared with University Heights) is one of San Diego's most popular and walkable neighborhoods. (Walk Score of 86.) In fact, it was ranked #13 "best hipster neighborhood" according to Forbes magazine.
PLEASE NOTE: Please send me a message before requesting a reservation. I have a few questions for you and would like to figure out which apartment is best given your timeframe. Thanks!
I manage two (2), 2Bd/2Ba condos (apartments) which offer either private rooms in a shared apartment or completely private condos, so drop me a line before sending a request, since I’ve got six listings and six calendars that don’t automatically update each other).
