  • Bonnie promptly contacted me and gave me all of the info for getting into the quaint studio apartment. There was some food in the cabinets and the fridge for us; that was a nice bonus! We had a good time.

  • Great place! So close to Tabernacle. Well-maintained. Would stay there again.

  • We spent our first and last nights of vacation in the Archers' studio. This was our first time using airbnb and we are thrilled! The studio is only 10 minutes from the airport and was so convenient and comfy. It was also nice to have the key in a lock box so that we didn't have to disturb anyone with our late arrival. The muffins and fruit were a great way to start our days as well. If we are back in SLC again, we will certainly stay there again!

  • Fantastic place. I am staying for an extended period for an internship during the week and Mr Archer has been fantastic. He has always been available when I had questions, and even provided me with a storage location for some things when I had to head out of town on weekends. The apartment is well stocked, with fast internet, and easy access to public transportation including the free fare district. Would definitely recommend for either a short or extended stay.

  • Bonnie and Warren were excellent hosts - great communicators, clearly taking a lot of care and pride in their rental. Warren met us within minutes of our arrival. He told us of the history of the little shop and it was a treat to stay somewhere so different. Muffins, fresh fruit and milk in the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Cons: The studio has a reverse cycle AC and no opening windows. We found the AC a bit noisy. The door opens directly to the street, so not a good ventilation option. But this is a minor aspect and only a seasonal consideration.

Pros: Wonderful use of a small space and much better equipped than some whole apartments I've stayed in! Excellent location - we had no trouble parking directly outside the unit and it was only a few minutes to drive downtown.

Thoroughly enjoyed our night in Salt Lake city...Thank you Bonnie and Warren.

  • Bonnie's place is well equipped and larger than it appears in the photos. The bed is super comfy and the place is a short walk from Temple Square and transport nodes. Traffic noise is quite noticeable, and there is no private way to have fresh air inside. But otherwise it was a lovely place to stay for a few nights.

  • Quaint old building in a convenient location. Host was warm and welcoming. Elegant sculptures. Look forward to staying again.

  • I quite enjoyed my stay at the Archer's studio. I arrived quite late and was greeted by Warren with a kind smile and a warm hug. The studio was very clean and comfortable. I traveled as a solo woman and felt very safe here. There was even a basket of fruit and muffins for breakfast! Thanks to the Archer's for your hospitality, I hope to stay with you again in the future.

  • It was a great little place! Enough room for our pack n play and a large closet to keep our things organized and out of the way. We thought it was going to be noisy since it's a half block off of a main street, but it was quiet with convenient access. Private, clean, quiet, close to downtown activities and tucked away in an amazing neighborhood! Will definitely stay again for future trips to SLC!
Thank you Warren & Bonnie for a wonderful stay!!

About
I am a flight nurse and medic caring for patients in helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft. I live in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT in a Victorian 3 story home. I have a small newly remodeled studio just down the street that is the place I have listed on Airbnb. I am also a sculptor creating figurative bronze art. My wife, Bonnie and I are the proud parents of 4 kids and grandparents to 5 grandchildren. I really enjoy meeting people and forming new friendships.
