The Studio has a full size bed, which fits 2 people. Also, I recently bought a couch which turns into a bed (as seen on updated pictures) that can fit a third person. It's clean and spacious (for a studio). It has a small kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi is included and very fast.
The studio is also located on ground level, and the window opens to the sidewalk. You will be super close to downtown, steps away to so many places.
Location is great! Only 3 blocks away from Union Square plus restaurants, bars & cafes located conveniently around the area. The 27 bus line is just a few steps from the apartment plus many other walking distance parks, cinemas & stores.
I decorated the studio myself, it's humble but it's got all you need for a pleasant stay so, enjoy!
Access to all facilities inside the studio, when people book it, I go somewhere else so you have the whole place for yourself. There's a Screen and Xbox so you can play movies on Netflix or Hulu, and you can also plug in your laptop. New Feature, there's a record player and a bunch of vinyls with "good music". The only thing I must say is "off limits" is my bicycle since I can't lend it, you have to be very careful in the city, there's a lot of bike theft. Besides from that your'e free to use the kitchen, shower, and living area.
I like to ask my guests a little about themselves but besides from that I don't like being a bother. I like to answer all the questions and try to respond right away. Like mentioned before, I like being the one handing the keys and showing around but if I'm not available I'll have someone I deeply trust with it.
The neighborhood is great, I love it's proximity to everything and cultural diversity.
Guests love the fact that everything is steps away and since you're downtown public transportation is super easy to reach. There's movement and life 24/7, in the day cafe's and shops are open nearby and during the night there are art galleries, restaurants, bars, etc, everything at your reach!
This is downtown SF so public transportation is super convenient while parking can be sometimes difficult. However, there are public parking spots all over the neighborhood.
Getting here from the airport is super easy and takes a short time. If you decide to take public transportation then you will take the BART. From SFO find the BART station and head to downtown SF, get off at the Powell St. spot and walk 2 blocks towards Union Square and 4 blocks to the west. Or take the 27 bus towards Jackson & Van Ness.
I have no problem giving more specific instructions once my guests have booked the apartment.

In the way from SF airport to the rented studio (with all our baggage from an international flight) we received a whatsapp message telling that we could not make check in until 4pm (it was 1pm). we find it very unrespectful. it was not fun going to the SFMOMA with all our baggage.
The place is not worth the price. Although the bedroom, "living-room," and certain angles of the kitchen look nice in the pictures, the outside of the apartment, the hallway to the apartment, and the kitchen window are revolting and dangerous...
Let's work with the outside-in: The apartment is located on the "edge" of the Tenderloin but if it weren't for straight lines on the map it would be IN the Tenderloin. Bums and creepers frequently walk, talk, yell and sleep right outside the apartment. This is a dangerous situation for my cute fiance to be walking around and even dangerous for a big guy like me when I'm dressing nice for an expensive dinner. Gang-bangers, bums, and thieves target cute vulnarable girls and any couple who wears nice, "fancy," dinner attire.
As we walked out of the Tenderloin and into the apartment building entry we were greeted by graffiti, cat-piss, cigarettes, and Fabreeze. The walls are dirty, the carpet is stained, and smells like cat piss and cigarettes. The wood floor is the only nice part about the entry; it is so loud that as anyone walks on it you can hear them coming from any part of the building, which would actually come in handy if any of the bums outside decided to come in.
As we leave the entry and pass by open windows (which are open to let the smell out even in the winter) we enter the apartment. It looks nice upon entry but when you enter the kitchen you can plainly see the GROSSEST thing about this place; the kitchen window. What the pictures in her advertisement don't show is a BROKEN window, mended with scotch tape, and over-looks a tiny alley literally filled with trash, years of lint and dirt, hairs, bird droppings and cat poop. It is so heinous. The last (but not least) thing about this place that bothered us was trying to sleep. The bed is a pull-out that folds into the wall, which is cool but not practical. It creaks and squeaks all night. So on top of the talking and shouting bums outside, the honking horns and ambulance sirens, and the tenants entering the noisy wooden floor entry, you get to listen to you and your partner toss and turn all night to the sound of a very creaky bed.
Lastly she charged us a cleaning fee, and the apartment wasn't even clean when we arrived. There were crumbs and hairs in the bed from her friend who stayed in it the night before.
Overall the experience was loud, dirty, smelly, and unsafe. But we had fun in SF, we just stayed away from the apartment as much as we could!
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

Certainly the best place to you rent, great nighborhood, good location, near the union square. The apartament is awesome, i liked so much, has everything, bathroom, kitchen. I recommed for everyone !
Great location and price for a quick weekend in SF. Alexandra was great. We'll definitely come back!
Alexandra was very accommodating and a great communicator. She's got a great little spot and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
My friends and I had an incredible experience in SF. Apartment was quaint and cozy, we got exactly what we expected from the pictures. Host was also extremely accommodating even though she wasn't able to meet with us personally. The only qualm I would have would be that the location, depending on what end you're coming from, is placed just past the downtown SF "ghetto". We came by BART and had to walk through a couple of blocks of "unsavory characters". Other than that, the place is in a fairly ideal location, right near the hub of things and walking distance from buses, cable cars, or the BART. Very convenient. Oh and the place is basement street side, so it can get a bit noisy at night, but my friends and I didn't mind at all. Overall, it was an enjoyable weekend.
Wonderful place and the studio was extremely adorable! Location is great and close to transportation!
Alexandra was very responsive and reliable. Her apartment is as it looks in the photographs. I would recommend the apartment to others.
