Imagine walking in our condo on your Maui dream vacation and all you see is ocean as you step through the door. Your jaw hangs open as you drop your bags on the tile/hardwood floor and you head directly for the private lanai. Later you drift to sleep to the sound of waves rolling in. Our 6th Floor Maui Kai unit is gorgeous with quartz counters, pillow top king mattress, full kitchen and utensils.

The space
Our building is the closest build to the ocean on all of Maui. You won't find a better view with amazing accommodations. You have everything you need including the creature comforts of home during your stay. We purchased our piece of paradise in February 2014 and completely remodeled, renovated and redecorated in May 2014 in very high end decor and materials. We kept with a beachy/Hawaiian theme in blue, white and silver. You will stay in your very own junior suite with a king size bed, full kitchen (everything is full size - many condos, even in our building aren't this way) and you will have a full bathroom. We just installed brand new sliding glass doors for easy lanai access! It comfortably sleeps two (or you may add a third person with our comfy personal air mattress for $15 extra per night).

Neighborhood highlights

Maui Kai #603 (Maui Kai is top rated on Trip Advisor for West Maui) is located north of downtown Lahaina directly on the ocean on the West side of the island. The views are unbelievable, the beaches to die for and the snorkeling is out of this world. Our favorite snorkel areas are right by the condo: just out front of the condo, Honolua Bay, Black Rock (walking distance), and Napili Bay to name a few.

The drive down to Kihei and the southern beaches is also short and it's worth visiting those areas, but you'll want to return back to Kaanapali and the cooler weather with the lush green, tropical feel at the end of your day.

There are so many things to do close by! So many beaches! Each one is unique and more beautiful than the last. Kaanapali beach is right out your doorstep and has been rated not only the top beach in the USA in the past several years on Trip Advisor, but also top 10 in the world! Incredible restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive and activities such as surfing, snorkeling, diving, ziplining and horseback riding abound!

Food truck row is a short walk right around the corner to satisfy your local food cravings! You can also walk to the grocery store, shave ice, coffee shop, fish tacos, water sports rental, and the best farmer's market. You don't need a car, but we'd recommend one if you want to get out and really see Maui. I have a great guest book of recommendations in the condo for you.

The best place for whale watching on the island? Our condo! We provide top of the line binoculars, a completely private covered lanai and nature provides amazing whale watching! You will see dozens if you visit in season. No matter what time of year you visit, you'll see our resident sea turtles in the reef directly below the lanai. Nothing beats relaxing after a day of adventure and watching the sunset. Guaranteed perfection. Every. Single. Time.
