Lovely two double bed flat in a victorian house , separate living room and kitchen, located in Hammersmith close to Westfield shopping centre, Hammersmith, West London, W6 with excellent connection to Heathrow and Central The area has plenty of coffee and deli shops around to have delicious breakfast or lunch as well as gastro pubs, restaurants for dinner. There are 3 large supermarkets in the local area. Hammersmith is also home to the London's best restaurant - the famous River Cafe. Europe's largest shopping mall the Westfield is also nearby. For those interested in entertainment Lyric Theatre is 4 minutes walk away. Hammersmith Apollo is approx. 10 minutes walk. Hammersmith is also home to some very famous people such as Lily Allen, Hugh Grant and even Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe.

The local area is safe and quite wealthy with expensive houses around (Hammersmith is the 3rd most expensive borough in London after Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea) and has a "village-y" and friendly feel with lovely Victorian houses around, little shops and pubs. The big shopping high street is within 5 minutes walk with lots and lots of shops. Nearest Hammersmith tube is 5 minutes walk. Heathrow airport is 30 minutes away by tube train or by car/taxi. Central London (Piccadilly) is 15 minutes away by tube.
•Hammersmith has excellent communications, shopping and bars. Even theatres - the Lyric, the Riverside and the Apollo.
•Hammersmith is full of good eateries, close to Westfield the largest shopping mall in Europe and has excellent transport links to all of London

•Fantastic location-10 minutes walk into Hammersmith and to the river. 7 minutes walk to Barons Court and 10 minutes to Putney. Local Sainsburys/Tescos nearby and and nice pubs/bars in Hammersmith and along the river. Good pubs and restaurants in Putney/Fulham/Chelsea.
•Brackenbury Village is a great place to live in London!
•A tourist's paradise, with excellent transport connections.
•Ravenscourt Park is a hidden gem. Best of both worlds for city and weekend relaxed living!
Around the corner from the apartment, you will find a restaurant, a pub and a café, as well as two corner shops / convenience stores for groceries and a beauty shop. Ten minutes away by foot is the main shopping street of Hammersmith: Kings Street, with banks, a multitude of cafés, restaurants and shops (e.g. Marks & Spencer, Boots, Primark, H&M etc.). Further away is the Westfield shopping centre (behind Shepherds Bush station). Westfield is one of the largest inner city shopping centre in Europe with 374 stores, many restaurants and a large cinema.
Hammersmith & Fulham is just west of central London, sitting on the main transport routes into and out of the capital to the west – the A4 and A40(M) Westway trunk roads. Hammersmith is served by several London Underground lines- the District, Piccadilly, Central and Hammersmith & City. Heathrow is only 30 mins west of Hammersmith and the West End is only a short tube ride away.

Onstreet parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays and between 5pm - 9am on weekdays. Otherwise it is pay at meter at £2.20 per hour. Local meters accept credit cards.
The river Thames and its riverside pubs are a short walk away.
There is also a lovely Ravenscourt Park nearby with its world famous gastro pub the Anglesea Arms (4th best gastro pub in London, the Times Nov. 2013) which I personally recommend for inexpensive good food experience.

Any late check-out which is not agreed by us will be charged to the guest at £30 per hour and payable to our cleaners
CHECK OUT: is until 10:00 am: You should leave the apartment any time before 10:00am you can just leave the keys inside the property and send us a message letting us know that you are leaving and the wedsite.
Please note we are not able to do an early check in or late check out, we have storage space available from 7:00am to 6:00pm the cost of the storage is £4 for small luggage and £6 for a large.
Or if you prefer at the Main stations like Victoria, Paddington, St Pancras other companies offer this services which could also be convenient if you are traveling from one of this stations (please check online).

No hair cutting and no shaving on the beds as bed sheets get ruined.
Please do not ruin our towels and sheets with make up removal or similar
Please air the place regularly by opening windows so that not to allow steam or condensation on windows.
Please do not switch off bathroom ventilation which must extract moist air during and after your shower.
Please switch off all appliances and lights when you are not in the flats.
No spilling of acid on the bathroom marble floor.
No eating and no oil in our beds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE/ TOWELS AND BED CLOTHING
The apartment will be ready and cleaned for you before your arrival. Fresh towels and bed clothing are also provided and all is included in the total price. You will be given a set of towels per person. The Bedding provided in the flat is according to the number of people in the reservation, for example two people in a one bedroom flat, only the double bed for two people will be set up if you do need the use of the sofa bed and bedding a charge of £15 per night will be apply, this must be requested in advance.
The final cleaning is comprised in the total price, so you don't have to clean the apartment deeply. We only ask you not to leave it very dirty like dirty dishes pots and pans, empty bottles of beer, wine, etc…

The renter is responsible for the property during his occupation and will also be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her, and specifically avoiding any activity that is against any law or public health. He will also undertake to keep the property clean and tidy and to replace any damages he has caused. Please bare in mind that you'll be staying in a residential building. You'll be expected to respect other residents in the building. Please observe that quiet is between 9:00 PM. And 10:00 AM. Any loud music or noise observed between these times may result in immediate eviction and loss of the damage deposit.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
Pay attention to electric devices when leaving the apartment. Don't let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, and candles. Also don't forget open windows when leaving the property.
This apartment is personally managed. You can be in contact with us at any time thanks to our emergency call line. We also have an office open from 10am to 6pm for anything you need

We have a few parking spaces available in the area at a cost of £15 per day, if you need to park please ask in advance to check availability and convenience for you, free parking on the street Mon to Friday from 5 to 7:45am, Saturday & Sundays all day or £2 per hour on the meter
Happy with all aspects of accommodation. Good quiet area with plenty of places to eat and buy supplies nearby. Easy 10 minute stroll to Hammersmith Station.
The apartment was nice and clean. We arrived late and got the keys really effortlessly anyway. Everything was smooth and professional. Would stay again. Perfect location 10 minute walk to tube and a lot of shops and cafes nearby.
The place was ok. We had a few problems when checking-in: we had to wait 15min for Diego to open the door as the key had been misplaced and we were missing 3 towels. Diego brought them the morning after. There was no bed linen for the 5th guest and only soap was available (no shampoo). The beds were confortable and the flat is located close to a tube station. Diego dealt with most of the problems but not in a very friendly way and sometimes made me feel like what I was asking for was unreasonable (keys and towels).
