About This Listing
I have this 20 square meters room in my apartment; with origial marble floors from 50's and original Vintage furniture from 50's and 60's. The room is equipped with a flat lcd Tv, a boiler, an hairdryer, a beautiful mirror, an adjustable air conditioning split. The breakfast, internet wi fi, and the towels are included in the rate. No additional fees for the cleaning.
The Metro stop Porta Furba is just 1 minute walking from the apartment, in just 10/15 minutes you can reach just everything!
In this area you will have all that you can need...there is a Pharmacy just on the corner, a big Grocery in front of the building, retaurants, bars. shops of every kind all around here.
I will explain you how to reach my apartment, it's very easy. From Ciampino it will take just 20 minutes, 40 from Fiumicino. From the Termini station is just 10 minutes!
I speak English, French, and a little bit of Spanish.
I would say Mr E. E is a very authentic person, when I arrived at Roma there was a strike, therefore Mr E came to picked up me. I felt so warm in Roma thanks to Mr E's welcome. He introduced me plenty of landscapes and Italian culture... What a insider! Plus, regarding the apartment, the transportation is quite simple to take, the room is very clean, the around is safe
This was one of my favourite places to stay. The metro line A was right in front of the building and it was the best metro line to go to all the major attractions in Rome. The room was very clean. So was the bathroom which is shared with other guest but that wasn't a problem at all. Emanuel was very nice and was very helpful with showing me where everything was and what metro stop to get to each attraction. I felt very safe traveling alone as a young female. I would definitely stay here again.
I´have just returned from my 3 nights stay in Rome and I really enjoyed the stay at B&B 830. This residential area of Rome is great for everyone who wants to avoid crowded expensive tourist accomodation in the centre of Rome and wants to meet not only tourist but even locals and enjoy the local food.Good value for money. This place is well reachable by public transport, the nearest metro stop is just 2 min walk from the flat(going very often and till late night) and in 15 min you can reach all the main tourist spots. My room was spacious enough and clean, equipped with all facilities (kettle,tv,hairdryer, air condition, wifi spot), I felt like at home. Bathroom was on the floor shared with one other guest. Breakfast was simple but good. Emanuele is very nice, friendly and reliable person, definitely I highly recommend to stay right here!
We really enjoyed our stay at Emanuele's B&B 830. The place was very well connected and the host was gracious as well as accommodating, even when our flight landed later than we expected. We were very impressed with the clean bathrooms and linen. Would surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Rome! However, the single downside was noisy nights, light sleepers would benefit from ear plugs!
Emanuele was an excellent host! He welcomed us at the metro station Porta Furba and walked us to the apartment. We spoke in Italian but he's fluent at least in French and in English. He directly gave us a map of Rome and took the time to show us the must-sees and explained us how to reach them. He also adviced us restaurants he likes and they were excellent! We've seen him almost every days but he was neither intrusive nor distant : he just was very respectful and helpful.
The apartment is very well situated even if it's not in the old, "pretty" center. There's a metro station (Porta Furba) practically in front of the door so you can reach the center very easily and rather quickly. There's also a excellent restaurant at the corner, "da Baffo", which cooks excellent meat and where actual romans go!
The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and spacious. The airconditioning was very appreciated at night after a full day of roman sun exposure! The only little negative point for the light sleepers is the noise in the streets which seems to never stop! But that's a small detail...
Also, don't be afraid when Emanuele will ask you the "stay tax" ("contributo di soggiorno") of 2 euros/night : it's not a scam but just an absurd roman law... For more info : (website hidden)
We had an excellent stay at Emanuele BNB!
We had a great stay in Rome at B&B 830. Beautiful room, spacious WC and shower, excellent wifi and overall a great experience. Finding the place was easy thanks to the clear instructions and Emanuele meeting us at the metro. Would definitely recommend.
