The space
A pack and play is available for a baby/toddler. Please bring your own bedding for the pack and play. Coffee and a variety of teas are also available in the cabin along with farm fresh eggs.

The cabin is located on our small 3 acre farm and is surrounded by mountain views. We have a few animals - goats, chickens, and cats to enjoy during your stay. You are also welcome to observe the goat milking that takes place each morning and evening if you would like. The cabin does not have air conditioning but stays quite cool even during hot summer days. A fan is also provided in the cabin. Mountain nights can get quite cool here, there is a small electric fire place if you need it.

The Ruby Valley and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit and explore. Especially if you enjoy the outdoors!

Our farm is 6 miles south of Sheridan. Within just a few miles there is access to the Ruby Reservoir and Ruby River. Within 15 minutes you can see Historic Nevada City and Virginia City, several National Forest access roads and the towns of Sheridan, Twin Bridges and Alder. Within an hours drive is Bannack State Park and Ghost Town, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Crystal Park and Lake Ennis. Many guests use our place as a stopping point between Yellowstone and Glacier Parks. We are 100 miles from Yellowstone's West Entrance.

Most of all we like our guests to feel comfortable and at home during their stay. Relax if you are stressed, regain your peace if it's needed and have an overall blessed time during your stay.

Guest access
If you arrive after 8 pm the front gate will be closed to keep deer out of the yard. However, the gate is easily accessible and you are welcome to come and go as you please. Guests are more than welcome to interact with most of the animals and take part in chore times.
