Enjoy our centrally located basement space, featuring two cozy bedrooms, a private bathroom, and room for up to six guests with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. You’ll find 2 mini-fridges, a microwave, and complimentary coffee and snacks for your convenience.
Just 20 minutes from the World Trade Center via PATH and a short walk to the vibrant Indian Square, it’s the perfect base for your adventures.
The space
We live in a townhouse, you enter through the main level and rent out a room in the basement.
Please note the entrance is NOT private. There is no door separating the basement from the main level.
Must climb stairs to enter the house and to go down the basement.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire basement including living room, gym area, laundry room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
Our freezer, one armoire and 2 doors in the living room are not accessible.
During your stay
I have a flexible schedule so I'm around here and there, but I'm always available to respond through the app. Feel free to say hi if you see us around! :)
Other things to note
***Please do not book if you are allergic to cats.
This is a basement listing. We live on the main floor, so expect some level of sound/footsteps.
Must climb stairs to enter the house and to go down the basement.
Entrance is shared with my family on the main level.

We are a 20 min cab ride from Newark (EWR) airport
If arriving from JFK/LaGuardia, you can use the subway system to come to us, however, if you have big luggage, a cab is recommended. It takes approximately 1-1.5 hours by either subway or cab.
50 min bus ride from Port Authority (mid-town)
30 min from World Trade Center via PATH railways
