The space
Beautiful Andean community located one hour from the city of Ibarra and 30 minutes from Chachimbiro hot springs and 45 minutes from Yachay University. Peaceful getaway and a chance to connect to the land and yourself. Lots of fruit and vegetables available on property. Two kid friendly llamas live there now along with the sweetest donkey in the world. Beautiful vibrant community with lots to do. Excursions such as hiking, horseback riding, hot springs, visiting trout farm and camping can be arranged with local guides.

A community of 1300 who are dedicated to agriculture. Beautiful traditions still exists here and there is a very calm peaceful energy throughout Cahuasqui and the surrounding mountains and neighboring communities. Kids walk to school in uniforms and donkeys walk the streets with you.

We also have a local farm doing amazing things and selling high quality products from Cahuasqui. See link below

A man of the earth who wants to share this property and show others what is possible on a small piece of land. Currently I live in Southern California and I return every year to work the land and build, until I can stay and run the agrotourism bed&breakfast.
