We're in the heart of Brooklyn - beautiful brownstones on tree-lined streets, parks, amazing eateries, cafe's, lounges & shops. 5-minute walk to Pratt Institute, 20-minute stroll to BAM & a short commute to Manhattan. The G train is 1 block away!

The space
Hello! Welcome to the home of Melissa and Ray. We invite you to choose us for your next AirBnB stay while in NYC. We offer a very comfortable and peaceful home away from home. Your apartment has a private entrance, living room and entertainment area, and kitchen. You'll be able to fix your own meals and treat yourself to an espresso or an Americano in the morning. Essentially, you have your own flat.

Please note -- This is technically a one bedroom apartment and has LOTS of privacy. It has it's own kitchen and living room.

You'll have access to a full kitchen, living room / entertainment room, private bathroom, and more. We also have cable, wifi, and a huge assortment of entertainment amenities.

Did we mention that we love grill masters, chefs, creatives, and musicians?

Once again - if a date that you're interested in is blocked, please inquire directly with us. We might simply have a dinner event that night and more communication about logistics would be in order. Hey - you might want to join us for the dinner.
