You will also have use of the guest fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

The house is quiet, clean and comfortable and offers on-street parking. You can park for free after working hours, but would recommend you purchase a guest permit if you are leaving your car during the day (£5 per 24 hours).
There is a beautiful back garden where you can relax in the morning with your coffee amongst the flowers and sunshine or at the end of the evening after touring the city.
The house is located in a quiet cul-del-sac off Botley Road. It is just over 5 minutes′ walk from Oxford train station (1 hour journey to London).
Breakfast is included in your stay - please help yourself!
The breakfast I offer includes:-
* Instant coffee / espresso cofee
* Tea (Black, Earl Grey and Lady Grey)
* Juice (orange or apple)
* Jam and butter
* Homemade Spanish orange cake that I bake myself!
I love cooking and baking. If you have any special dietary requirements or if you have any food allergies, please let me know!
The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook if you wish. I only ask that you please leave the kitchen as you found it after using it - clean and tidy!
Interaction with Guests
I live here so you will meet and see me, and I am more than happy to help and do what I can to accommodate your stay. Most of the time I am away at work or out running or at the gym so you will have your own space and privacy, but feel free to chat with me if need be!
The house is in a superb location to explore the city and all it has to offer for the perfect and picturesque visit.
It is located in a peaceful and calm neighbourhood with easy access to many amenities and attractions close by.
The house is a 15 minutes ′ walk to Oxford City Centre where there are plenty of shops and cafés to enjoy, as well as the historical sights of the city including the Ashmolean museum, The Randolph Hotel for its famous cream tea, Christ Church College, Oxford University and the surrounding colleges.
It is a 13 minutes ′ walk to Gloucester Green Bus terminal, where there are frequent buses direct to London, Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton airports.
The Thames path is next door to the house where you can walk or cycle and enjoy the views and maybe stop for a spot of punting!

My experience at Juan's place was really nice. It's very cozy. Definitely recommend it.
Juan was very accommodating, even with our the last minute booking. Super convenient, comfy, and Juan was very kind.
Very nicely decorated room, friendly and accommodating host. Really rather nice orange cake. Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!
We had a wonderful time staying at Juan's place and the cake was amazing . It is a short walk from the train station , the room was excellent . We will be back .
This is a lovely place to stay for a short period (I was there two nights in the middle of the week). I stayed in a very well-kept room with access to my own wardrobe, a comfortable bed to sleep in and access to my own bathroom. Juan is a very welcoming host and supplied a delicious cake for breakfast.
I was working in nearby Osney Mead, so the accommodation was perfect for me. It was also a very quiet area, which was a relief. There's a nearby organic coffee shop where I was able to grab a coffee each morning; in fact, I liked it so much I ended up having lunch there on both days. I also walked into Oxford centre a few times, which isn't very far at all, though I suppose you could easily get a bus.
In short, then, highly recommended for a short stay in Oxford, and particularly good for me because of its proximity to where I was working and the fact that I had my own bathroom to use.
