Welcome to our 2 double bed, 1 bath lock off apartment with a large kitchen and open living area. There is free WIFI, satellite TV and everything you need for a truly memorable vacation in Breckenridge, Co.
Our two bedroom apartment is situated at 9600 feet on Peak 7 in Breckenridge Colorado where you can experience world class skiing and amazing summers. The unobstructed views here are spectacular of Peak 6 and 7 and the surrounding mountains.
This completely self contained lock off apartment is within the main building of our single family home and has its own personal entry/exit on the ground level and is accessed from the garage with a flight of stairs. We, your hosts live in the upper two levels of the home and will be available to you if you have any needs or wants during your stay.
The decor throughout is modern and updated featuring a very well stocked kitchen, with its own wine cellar, with bar seating for four guests, leading to an open plan lounge with two comfortable sofas, 42" flat screen TV, bluray player and stereo. There is one full bathroom with a bath and overhead shower with shower doors and heated floor. For your use there is a high end washer dryer with an ironing board and iron.
There is an outside garden/patio area and a balcony deck for you to use in summer, or when you wish to sit outside stargazing at night. To store your car, ski equipment or mountain bikes there is use of a shared garage, which means in winter your car is ice and snow free and ready to go. Additional parking for another car is also available in the driveway.
The apartment is situated on peak 7 in Breckenridge which is a 10 minute drive, or four miles down the mountain to Main Street where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.
To access the ski areas, it is two miles, or a five minute drive to the Airport Road free skier parking at the base of peak 8, where you can catch the free bus to the gondola, or you can drive a couple of minutes further to the paid gondola parking lot or drive to the high speed chair at Beaver Run. The free bus service runs to all the local mountains, including Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin.
You need to hire a car, preferably a 4WD/AWD in the winter months only. We are 100 miles from Denver International Airport, 85 miles to downtown Denver, and 100 miles from Boulder.
THE TOWN AND ACTIVITIES
Breckenridge is an authentic Colorado mountain town that has a laid-back charm and modern amenities. Being on peak 7 gives you the opportunity to relax after you have experienced all you can from the day, escaping the noise of town, returning to the peace and tranquility being high on the mountain, surrounded by incredible wildlife, pine and aspen trees.
Winter is the time for skiing and snowshoeing, summers are also packed full of activities such as golf, hiking the trails, canoeing, sailing, mountain biking, rafting and zip lining. There are roller coasters at the base of Peak 8 in the summer months, with a kids adventure park. It should be noted that the mountain views from the apartment are obstructed in the summer months due to the leaves on the many aspen trees.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are very happy to answer all the questions you may have about the apartment and Breckenridge. We live in the upper two floors of the building, completely separate from the apartment, which gives the advantage of us always being on hand if you have any questions or concerns, needs or wants.
Check in time is anytime after 3pm
Check out time is 10am.

Interaction with Guests
Once you have booked the apartment I will email you to welcome you and confirm your booking. If you have any questions prior to arrival, I will answer them promptly. My aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible with booking and staying in our apartment.
Peak 7 is a great neighborhood close to Main Street Breckenridge, with all its wonderful amenities. The apartment is secluded, surrounded by national forest woodland and wildlife. Many of our guests have seen moose, elk and hawks. It really is the best of both worlds, close to town, but still in nature.
The apartment is approximately a 20 minute walk uphill from the closest bus stop, which is not advisable in winter at high altitude. A car is highly recommended. There is a free bus system that connects all the mountains for skiing and hiking.
Other Things to Note
We, your hosts live in the upper two floors of the building, and will be there during your stay to ensure you have no issues or problems.
There are a few rules that all guests must acknowledge at all times. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in a loss of deposit, or a cancellation of your booking without a refund.
The apartment is strictly is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside, whatever form that takes.
Maximum four guests at any time. This is due to our insurance policy. If you plan to invite other friends and exceed the maximum of four, please do not book this apartment.
The minimum age for rentals is 21 years. We generally observe quiet time for everyone after 10pm.
Strictly no pets are allowed to keep the apartment nice for everyone.
The hot tub is not for guest use.
Failure to observe house rules will result in a loss of deposit.
The fully stocked kitchen with a fridge freezer, microwave, range cooker, sink with a waste disposal, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and all the cook wear you need.
