Katerina is a great host and her place is very clean and comfortable, it has the necessary to have a trip in Toronto where you will be most of the time outside in the city

Katerina is a great host. She was very flexible when my arrival time changed due to flight delay and she was also very responsive throughout the stay. The apartment is fairly close to public transportation. The apartment is very small and there is no kitchen but it is sufficient if you are looking for just a place to sleep while you explore the city.

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review. Just to be clear, there is a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine; and a blender, on request. There is a large grocery store open 24hrs 5min walk away and 2 other grocery stores within a 10min walk. They all have lots of fresh ready-made food, salads, grilled meats, sandwiches, sushi, etc. And there are facilitates in the room to refrigerate and heat up your food. As well, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc, a very short walk away. Thanks! Hope you had a safe trip home!

I want to say thank you to Katerina. She was helping me when had some questions and she answered very fast. Katerina is a very nice person. Everything was clean and it was like in the description. You can use the garden and do a BBQ. The apartment was very quit and you have like 20-30 minutes to be in downtown. I would recommend this appartment.

A great little apartment, small but with everything you need to be comfortable, with a gorgeous back garden perfect for warm summer afternoons. Katerina was super nice and helpful for the time I was there!

Cute little room with full bathroom (small fridge) in a charming part of the city. I would totally recommend this quaint space for any solo traveller. It is in a safe part or the city within walking distance to the subway system and lots of good places to eat and drink. I wouldn't recommend the unit for more than one person (as storing luggage will be an issue) -or for longer term tenants, it is essentially a bedroom and a full washroom. Katherine was always very pleasant and avaible whenever we needed her. The unit was very clean and the laundry and bedding was lovely and new.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable but very small. I stayed there in March and some nights the place was very cold, even with the provided space heater. Its a nice place but it can be cold in the night.

Response from Katerina:
Thanks for your review, Paul! Yes, the space heater doesn't work instantly as it warms the air, so it can be left on low at all times to keep the room at a toasty temperature. I have had many guests stay during much colder months, the trick is to have the heater on low so the temperature stays constant. Thanks for staying! :)

I have lived all over the world and am thrilled to call Toronto home. I have lived in Toronto for 6 years and am very excited to help people discover this fabulous place!

I enjoy biking, sailing, snowboarding, reading, socializing and meeting new people.

I love travelling and have been all Europe. Russia and Scandinavia are next on my bucket list. I grew up in South Africa and greatly enjoy going back.

Some of my absolute favourite places to visit in Toronto are Toronto Island, High Park, St. Lawrence Market, the Danforth, The Beach, the Distillery District and many more!
