And if Alexa just doesn’t get you, text Trevor the human local and he’ll tell you what’s what.

To get you started, there's complementary local beer or kombucha (non-drinkers gladly accepted) provided.

Trevor's place was amazing and beautiful. It was clean and cozy and Alexa was really fun to play with. It's a walkable area and we used Lyft to get to places as well. The beer was a cool welcoming gift. Would recommend this cute place to anyone visiting Portland! :)

Awesome pad for a long weekend in Portland. Great location for walking the pearl and alphabet districts. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good internet. A streetcar periodically rumbles past throughout the day but stops at night. Zipcars live in the lot attached to the building - if you have an account I'd recommend against renting a car and just use Zipcar!

First off, Trevor is an excellent host. Responds super quick and is very detailed. He exemplifies kindness. You know you are in good company here with Trevor. Second, the place was superb. It is a modern apartment, and it clearly was very nicely interior designed. The sofa is comfortable along with the bed. The kitchen is modern with everything you may need. Once you get there, the check in is very easy and you are greeted with a wonderful IPA or kombucha. Like I said, top notch. The price for this place makes this a value stay with all of its amenities. Alexa is also a great feature. The location is top notch and very close to the NS line which can take you close to the Downtown/Pearl area. A trader joe's is also nearby within walking distance. There is also a very close weed dispensary nearby! Excellent kind people working there as well. All in all, you are in great hands with this Airbnb listing. This is exactly what one looks for in a listing!!

Trevor's place was nice and very well laid out. It was conveniently located across from a streetcar stop. Trevor was accommodating and very helpful with any inquires we had. We really enjoyed our trip to Portland and would definitely recommend this place.

Trevor was very organized and prepared. Check in and out was super simple which is always a treat. The apartment was lovely. Very comfortable place to lounge around! The location is amazing. We walked most places (except when it rained) and the area seemed really safe and close to lots of different areas. It was a fabulous weekend trip, but I couldn't be more thankful for a cozy, safe, beautiful place to stay.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Trevor's modern meets hippie apartment. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I to explore Portland for the very first time. We were in between Nob Hill and of course to Pearl District. We walked, Ubered, Lyfted, and biked everywhere. We also rented a car for one day to go our to Columbia gorge. It was less than an hour drive and we'll worth it. Just a heads up it was about $26 more or less for an Uber from PDX. Nike Biketown was pretty handy. Just DL the app or look online and we utilized the bikes the entire day for $12. It just sucks trying to have to look for another Biketown parking. But all in all Trevor's place was perfect place to stay for the weekend. Would definitely stay again when in Portland. He also responded quickly to any questions we had.
