Interaction with Guests
I leave that up to the guests! I will give those who want their alone time their privacy and for those who'd like to socialize, my available time.
When I am traveling my interaction is limited based on time zones and internet access, but have a wonderful house keeper (contact information in house manual) who is available to assist my guests.
Be respectful of the neighbors (who are not on holiday and have to wake at 6am for work). Sound travels far at night. Bring the party inside after hours on week nights. 10pm.
If coming and going late at night, be mindful neighbors bed is within 20 feet of the driveway. Do not talk loudly or slam car doors or you will wake her.
Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday mornings. Please roll black trash bins to the curb with the opening facing the curb Sunday and Wednesday nights. Return bin to far left side of driveway.

Thank-you & Enjoy your stay!!!
Kim has a great place in a perfect location. She made us feel very welcome and was gracious to the end. The house is comfortable, immaculately clean and the backyard is amazing. Beautiful setting, great vegetation, large pool + spa, and good amenities with a full size grill and great quality outside furniture. The kitchen is fully kitted out and it shows the hostess takes very good care of this house and everything in it. Huge tv In the living room. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. As mentioned previously, Kim did everything in her power to assist, host and facilitate. Highly recommend the house on Clearwater!
We had a great experience. House was nice and clean and we also had everything we needed. Thanks for thw great stay.
Great location. Jacuzzi and pool area fantastic. Fast response and minor things (e.g dirty tea towels, toilet brush) were taken care of immediately. We felt very comfortable in Kim's house. Thanks
The beach house was just wonderful! It's in a very nice neighborhood and it's a short stroll to a very nice beach. The house was clean and the pictures are accurate. We didn't use the hot tub or pool so I can't comment on that but there are extra charges for the heating cost of the pool, spa. We didn't spend very much time at the house but it served us very well and it had a lot of nice supplies that we took advantage of such as beach chairs, towels, cooler, plastic ware, etc...We got an email with lots of rules and videos beforehand and that was just a bit overwhelming but as it turned out it was all pretty easy to figure out and nice to have the visuals. There was a couple staying in the efficiency apartment attached to garage who were attending a wedding for the weekend so the rule about being quiet after 10pm for the person that lives there must be an old rule. Also, the video regarding the tv info. wasn't accurate because the tv is a different one and the video hasn't been updated. We were never able to figure out the netflix, oh well. Also, we had a few issues initially figuring out the heat/air settings but we got that figured out, as well. Things are just a little bit complicated but nothing that would keep me from recommending this cute beach house. We loved our time in Clearwater Beach and it was very hard to leave.
We were very Happy to stay at Kimberlys cottage. Location was absolutely perfect- very close to the beatiful beach and to restaurants. Pool was Great - we had 4 kids and they loved it. Communication with Kimberly was very easy and smooth check in/check out made a perfect stay. Would love to come back!
Kim's home is gorgeous! Walking distance from the beach and a bike ride away from the little downtown area. The more north you go on the beach the less touristy it is. The pool and spa are wonderful! The jacuzzi bathtub was just what the dr. ordered! Couldn't have been more please. Just be sure you run the jets first before taking the actual bath because there is still remnants from the last time it was used. This goes for any jacuzzi tub. The only downfall to my trip (which WOULD NOT keep me from coming back) were the several unexpected visits from the maintenance men, cleaning lady and Kim's gracious mother. I got in late on Tuesday and do not live in the eastern time zone. I arrive around 1 am and was woke up by a knock at the door by Kim's mother. To my dismay the pool man and the lawn care gentlemen were also there. I was able to compose myself but with one eye open was greeted by Kim's mothers smiling face. She was very delightful. I was just really caught off guard by all these folks at the residence. My expectation was to get some R&R with out disruption. I did have a missed call from her mother at around 8am and she showed up by 11 but because of the time zone I was used to, I simply hadn't had the time to adjust. This wasn't awful just really unexpected. On Friday more lawn care workers were back so instead of listening to the leaf blowers and such I just left for a little while. Kim said she has no control as to when they show up so just be aware that people might be stopping by at any given time during the day. Also I did make the mistake of thinking the check out time was 12 instead of 11. I practically live in and out of hotels because of my career and that's is the usual check out time. My mistake. However, again I was woke up on the day of check out by the cleaning lady who showed up at 10:30 and literally started cleaning while I was packing. She was very nice but I was so caught off guard and again wasn't ready for this. If she had showed up at 11 and came in and cleaned after I was gone I think it would have been more appropriate. However, as I said it wouldn't keep me from coming back. She even stated that no one was expected to arrive until the following day. So because if this the extra half hour to collect my things would have been appreciated. If you are having guests joining be sure they read ALL the notes posted through out the house as well as the rules. This will only help cover whoever put their security deposit down in case someone forgot or missed one of the notes or listed rules. Other than...
House was nice, in a good area. Only complaint is that the AC did not work when we arrived, called the maintenance number left by the host Kim Patterson (maintenance said he was aware of the problem before we checked in but it had not been fixed, so Kim knew)... They said they could not help us or get a guy out until after the date we checked out. The house was 80 degrees at night. We finally ended up contacting the host (Kim) about the situation but the issue was not fixed. After all of this she is sending me a $200 bill after check out... moral of the story, the host isn't very (website hidden) she would say I didn't leave the house clean... not true.
