Wonderful eighteenth century country house just 15 minutes from downtown Pamplona.
Located in Larrasoaña, a small village on the second stage of the Camino de Santiago, St. Jame´s Way.
It has 5 bedrooms for 12 people, 4 bathrooms, all renovated. There is a large patio and garden.
Wonderful for a base to travel around Navarra, and trips to San Sebastián or South France.
Parking in front of the house.
This is by far the nicest and prettiest house in Airbnb! The whole experience was magical. The only thing missing is a pool and it would be a 5 start hotel! We got there and each bed had a set of towels and a small chocolate. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were great! The kitchen has everything you might need. The column in the middle of the living room is awesome. Very pretty. It is obvious that Iranzu takes care of the house to top level.
Next to the door is a guest book with messages of the people that have stopped by before. Take a look, awesome stories. We loved the house so much that we needed to leave something behind... A member of my family did a watercolor message. Hope you enjoy it!
We found Larrasona a great base to explore the Basque region and acted on travel advice provided by our caring hosta. It was a pleasure to stay in a home that "ticks all the boxes". Evidence of attention to detail is present throughout the home. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

Our family of 5 - 3 adults, child and baby - stayed in Iranzu's beautiful house for four nights. I booked it as a little break from our travels, to have some relaxing time in a nice environment, and it was perfect! The house is stunning, very large, beautifully renovated and very well equipped, with a huge range of beautiful kitchenware. The kitchen is enormous, four beautiful bathrooms and there is a nice grassy garden out the back. Just going in the enormous old wooden front door is a pleasure! Iranzu left lots of fluffy towels, water glasses by the beds, and even mini soaps, so it was like a luxury hotel stay.
The area - Larrassoana is a lovely tiny village on the Camino de Santiago, so while it is small there are lots of people coming through which is interesting. There are basic supplies in the village and a big supermarket is a short drive away. We did a couple of day trips into Pamplona for sightseeing and delicious pintxos dinners, and to Selva de Irati beech forest.
Communication was easy and Iranzu is charming. There was a glitch with the wifi one day and as soon as we told Iranzu she contacted the provider and had it sorted out immediately.
All in all, a perfect stay, it couldn't have been better!
Casa preciosa y muy bien equipada. Te sientes como en casa. Iranzu es una persona superatenta y una gran anfitriona. Lugar ideal para explorar el norte de Navarra , San Sebastián , ....hemos estado super agusto y sin duda la recomendamos.
We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous house very close to Pamplona.
The village was quiet and typically Spanish, with it's beautiful stone buildings and narrow streets.
Pilgrims would regularly pass through from the Camino de Santiago.
The house is clean, modern and really big. It was perfect for our party of 7 and has a great big garden.
The owner was really helpful and kind to us which made our stay very enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend this lovely place!!
Iranzu is the best host ever! And her house is by far the most beautiful I’ve ever seen on airbnb. Normally the pictures on the website are a bit misleading. Things tend to look better. But not in the case of Iranzu’s place. Everything you see on the picture is even better in real life.
Me and 11 friends went to Pamplona for San Fermin. After a few pleasant mails about the house, the festival and our arriving time Iranzu surprised us with a refrigerator full of cold beers and beautiful red scarves with the weapon of Pamplona to wear at the festival.
The 250 year old house looks stunning, is really comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you need to make you feel home. It’s located in a pleasant and relaxed village on 15 kilometers from the city of Pamplona. I would recommend Iranzu’s place to everyone and will most certainly come back again. It was in one word: Perfect!
