Rate: Starts at $650/night in the off-season (usually $989 on wknds) and from $6k/wknd in the summer. (We're happy to discuss discounts for longer stays). AirBnB's calendar pricing can be a bit glitchy, so detailed summer rates are as follows: $6.5k for wknds in May/June; $9k for 4th of July; $7k for wknds in July; $7.5k for wknds in Aug; $9.5k for Labor Day. During the summer, priority goes to longer-term guests who desire to reserve two wks or more.
Located down a private drive and through a stone pillared entry, this 1.4 acre oasis is within 2 miles of several white sand beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, bay harbors, golf, tennis and the towns of East Hampton and Amagansett. East Hampton's Main Beach was recently ranked #1 in the Forbes "America's Top 10 Beaches of 2013."
At 3,600 sqft, the two and a half story colonial contains a large, newly renovated kitchen with built-in refrigerators, central air, a wood-burning fireplace, 4 full baths, 5 bedrooms upstairs and a finished basement with extra beds. There is 1 king bed, 3 queens and 8 twins that will comfortably sleep 15-16 people.
The house boasts a wrap-around deck, detached 2-car garage and massive backyard giving way to woodlands, offering a peaceful, relaxing and private setting. Great for a summer share or a quiet weekend.
Other bonuses include a washer/dryer, charcoal grill/smoker, wet bar, WiFi, and basement bar.
The kitchen is fully supplied with utensils for the smoker/grill, cups, plates, bowls, stemless wineglasses, placemats, silverware, mixing bowels, pots and pans for 16 people. The kitchen also boasts a regular toaster, a toaster oven, a dual-stacked oven, 3 refrigerator/freezers, two large coffee makers and a smaller Keurig personal coffee maker, and a microwave.
The house is also 1.5 miles from public transit with Jitney and LIRR train stops in both East Hampton and Amagansett.
Guests will have the entire property to themselves. There is a lock box on the front door and I will give you a personalized code during your stay so you can come and go as you please.
Interaction with Guests

Yes. The LIRR train and Jitney bus both stop in East Hampton and Amagansett
-Hang up damp towels/clothes so they don't damage furniture/wood
-Knock off all sand outside so you don't track it in
-Tidy up the kitchen area and run the dishwasher (the cleaners can unload the dishwasher but aren't responsible for washing dishes/pans)
-Put all trash in the bin next to the garage
-Lock up all doors (for the back door by the kitchen, lift up the handle and turn the latch)
-Turn off the stereo
-Turn off ALL lights
-Leave beds unmade if you've used them for the maids to change
-If anything breaks, please let me know ASAP so I can have it fixed (don't try to fix it on your own)
Warren was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions my friends and I had before and/or during our stay. He greeted us upon arrival and was sure to make us feel welcome in his home. A lot of our group came from out of town and had never been to the area before and he gave tons of suggestions on where to go and what to do in order to ensure we enjoyed our experience in East Hampton. His home is beautiful and the location is very convenient to both East Hampton and Amagansett. Even though it was the off-season my friends and I had an amazing time and we look forward to coming back sometime in the future. I would definitely stay at this house again.
We spent a girls weekend in East Hampton during off-season and found this house perfect for a big group. The large kitchen, with 3 refrigerators came in handy and the dining room was spacious enough for all 10 of us to enjoy meals together. Warren was quick to respond to questions and very helpful prior to our arrival with recommending restaurants, bars and things to do in the area, since it wasn't beach weather just yet! Overall, we had a great time and would be happy to work with Warren again.
We had a great time at Warren's. There were 15 of us over New Year's Eve weekend. All we wanted to do was hang out, cook, play games and play a little football in the yard...the house was perfect for us.
If you're doing any serious cooking, bring some extra platters/bowls, as those are pretty minimal. And utensils are basic (knives could use a sharpening!) and some things are missing (no tea kettle, no tongs) but we were able to pull of 3 meals a day for 15 people 3 days in a row.
Warren's very responsive to any issues and quick to help with suggestions!
We had a great 1st time visit to the Hamptons !! The house worked so well for our group. Spacious & roomy, the bedrooms suited all our needs. Warren was a great host. He was always ready to answer all our questions about the area and transportation questions we had. The location was great, town and the train station were 5 minutes away.
Our host was very responsive to all of the questions we had before the trip. The house was as described and was very comfortable. The location was very nice and if the weather had been better the kids would have been able to play outside in the big yard. It was nicely located, close to beaches, and restaurants.
Great host, great home! Very accessible, easy to communicate with, property was just as described.
Warren was SO great and accommodating. His house was perfect for our crew and he provided us with information that was extremely useful. Would definitely work with him again.
