in Via Manara in the heart of Trastevere, just 50 metres from the famous Santa Maria in Trastevere Church and only 10 minutes walk across the Tiber to Campo de’ Fiori.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a California size bed, a single bed and a chair bed ; the other one with three beds two of which can turn into a queen size bed; 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath, The living room is equipped with a very comfortable double sofa-bed and an arm chair so that up to 10 persons can comfortably reside
The kitchen has a very large wood table (up 10 seat) and is equipped with coffee-/espresso machine, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer unit, toaster, hot water boiler as well as all the other necessary appliances
There is also a laundry room for the separate collection of rubbish.
Internet WiFi available, independent heating system and air conditioning.
The apartment was just recently completely renovated and modernized. Everything is new, neat and tide. As you can see from the pictures it’s very fine furnished with some antique pieces too. The treatment’s friendly and helpful.
All of Trastevere’s charming cafes and restaurants are at your doorstep. The magic atmosphere of the neighbourhood draws visitors, with its narrow, winding streets.
By just crossing the Tiber, the most historical important sites of the city can be reached and you can walk through the old streets of Rome.
Trastevere, located on the right bank of the Tiber, is the artists old quarter of Rome, very typical, full of many kinds of shops (restaurants, pubs, bars, pizza shops, artists shops, antique stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, delicatessen stores, supermarkets, internet point etc.).
The name Trastevere comes from the Latin language (Trans-Tiber) and means 'just crossing the Tiber'.
In fact, in the past the City ended on the left bank of the Tiber.
