Welcome to our renovated 4-bedroom home in Seattle's Columbia City! Perfect for families visiting Seattle, we're close to local restaurants, groceries, and the Light Rail, providing easy access to downtown. Enjoy a luxurious primary suite, gas fireplace, and views! Located just five miles from Lumen Field. Pet-friendly with air conditioning. Amenities include: bathtub, scenic views, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

The space
Indulge in a luxurious retreat with a primary suite featuring an en suite bathroom, a separate soaking tub, and a spacious spa shower designed for two. Additional sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a loft with a sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked, chef-inspired kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances ready for any culinary creation. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and entertainment options with Smart TVs throughout. Step outside into the beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard perfect for lawn games and pets. Ascend to the upper-view deck to savor breathtaking views of Lake Washington and Mt. Baker while relaxing on comfortable seating or grilling on the gas BBQ.

House Rules:

- No parties or events permitted (strict $500 fine). Maximum occupancy of 10 guests strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
- A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required at the time of booking due to API connection and liability.
- A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending a damage inspection.
- Exterior security cameras are located at the front and side doors.

Pet Policy: One well-trained dog is welcome for a fee of $100 per stay. Please notify us if you'll be bringing your dog. Dogs are not allowed on furniture; please utilize the provided dog bed. Excessive pet hair or mess found on furniture and linens requiring additional cleaning will be subject to extra charges. Dog food and water dishes, as well as pet waste bags, are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access: You'll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard and front yard sitting areas. Please note that a separate M-I-L apartment below the main house with a private entrance is not available for guest use and may be occupied.
