Spacious grounds with lovely Mediterranean gardens surround the property, while inside features all the comforts of beachside living in a laidback Cycladic style. Split over two levels, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (downstairs also has a small bath) and terrace, and can be accessed privately, making this property perfect for groups of friends, families or 2 couples wanting privacy plus the convivial atmosphere of shared living areas.

Please note the upstairs bedroom is 2 single beds and the downstairs bedroom is 1 double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children.

Located only 15 minutes by foot or 5 mins by car from Tinos Town and Port with its many shops, supermarkets and tavernas, the home is easily accessed via a private cement & gravel road direct to your door. Parking on site for 2 cars. The property is gated for extra security.

Only a few minutes from Chora, the local area is equipped with supermarkets, the daily farmers market at the port, ATMs, car rentals, gas station, tavernas, cafes and plenty of shopping. You can also walk to the beach at Stavros Cape and Agios Markos for very picturesque swimming spot or walk just a bit further for the family friendly Kionia Beach. Sandy Kionia Beach includes a nice beach club and a wonderful street of tavernas all along the beach. We will share our favourites with you upon arrival.

You are booking a self-catering villa so we are not on-site during your stay, nor is this a hotel with staff, but we are keen to ensure your stay is memorable. We will greet you on arrival and show you the house and the area, share our personal guidebook and be available for any problems that need tending to. Housekeeping during your stay is not included in the price online but we can arrange it for an additional charge, just message upon booking so we can send you a quote.
