Our “Deluxe” apartment is an elegant and functional 60-square-meter residence located in the heart of Roccavivara, a short walk from Piazza Portella. It was fully renovated in July 2024 to ensure you enjoy a unique stay in well-maintained, completely soundproofed, and eco-friendly environments.
The “Deluxe” apartment features a finely furnished double bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a walk-in closet, a safe, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV, and a king-size bed with a memory foam topper. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stovetop, a refrigerator, an oven, an induction oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a 55-inch Samsung QLED 4K TV, and a double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm). carefully sanitize all rooms and surfaces of our
structure, in compliance with the National Protocol "Welcome

and Assohotel, in partnership with the Italian Red Cross.
At the end of each stay we provide to air the house for quite a
while and before the arrival of the new guests we carefully clean,
disinfect and sanitize all the rooms and surfaces of our house, in
compliance with the National "Safe Reception" Protocol.
We personally and faithfully adopt the hygiene and prevention
measures, through the practices of cleaning and sanitizing the
house, in addition the use of individual protection devices and
sanitizing products are locally available free for our guests.
